A cheap hotel in the middle of Hamra, a lively area of Beirut. The rooms are old and in need of renovations the shower is practically right over the toilet (reminded me of some countries in Africa). In addition there is no room safe and when I asked to use the hotel safe for my passport etc I was told...

Dear Mr. S, Thank you for your review.. which gave me a pleasure to read, even though we were a little bit surprised that it was written after nearly a year (March 2017) from the date of your stay. (April 2016). As far as our rooms are concerned, we do have different rooms, with different bathroom's divisions.. The rooms with...

I booked the hotel for 2 nights as I was in town for business and decided to stay afterwards in the centre of Beirut. I understand it is a cheap place to stay but still: 1. I arrived at the hotel, paid my room by card and in 2 hours got an email from booking that my reservation was canceled...

"Dear Mrs.Teodora, We are so sorry to read all of the above, and to know that you've had some negative experience with us. And we are really thankful for your feedback, as negative as it can be. Please note that the Small single room you have booked is well described online as such, and you've read that it is 8...

I honestly went there just because I thought the location was good for the price they offered, but I had a very bad experience. During the day, it's just another room with a small tv, AC and a little fridge. I chose a room that had a big bathroom but it's at night where it became a nightmare. The fridge...

For a single traveler who is on a low budget it is the place, but for couples its not appropriate, it feels gloomy. I had to check out after just spending one night as my girlfriend could not sleep. First of all they say they are not responsible for items lost from your room! Washing water is salty so do...

If all you need is a place to sleep at night, then this place will suffice. They charge $4 US for one hour of Wi-Fi, or $10 for five hours. Also, I've been to cheap hostels with better washrooms than that. I mean, the shower area is rather small, and even the soap was irritatingly dry. Other than that, though,...

We were looking for a low-budget central hotel in Hamra street but this was by far the worst hotel I've ever been to. The rooms were filthy and smelly. The bathrooms were dirty. Even the towels had rust on them. My bed sheets were torn with patches on them. The bed covers made me itch and the water in the...

"Stole".. what a big word! And more.. you did book our property twice, and cancelled it the first time, knowing very well the cancellation policy, and booked it another time and SIMPLY NO SHOWED. We would have loved some of your people calling and saying that they will no show.. Their minisingle room was kept open for them all night.....
