Hilton Doha emerges as a mixed bag in traveler reviews, with many praising its prime location close to attractions and scenic views. Guests commend the cleanliness and amenities of the rooms, though some suggest they could benefit from renovation. The lively atmosphere, complete with music and a bustling nightclub, adds a vibrant touch, but it does lead to noise complaints from some quarters. While opinions on value vary—some finding it reasonable and others overpriced—the hotel's service receives accolades for staff attentiveness and professionalism.

We had a great time at this hotel, the service is above all praise. Yes, the beach here is quite small, but it is private, there were always plenty of sun loungers, there are swings for photography, a pontoon on which there are several sun loungers, from which people jump into the water. It is possible to rent kayaks, jet skis, boards, etc. There is a lifeguard on duty at the beach; when my husband cut his leg, he helped treat the wound.
We were in October, at this time it is very hot and humid in Doha, the water is above 30 degrees, but it’s still great for swimming and literally pushes you out. The sand is yellow, sometimes small fish swim to the shore. There are two swimming pools on site, surrounded by regular sun loungers and several sun loungers in the form of beds.
We were given a room on the 10th floor - 1005, deluxe with sea view. In fact, there is a view of the high-rises, the Pearl area, a vacant lot and part of the sea. The room is right next to the exit from the elevators, from behind the gap under the door you can hear voices in the corridor and the sound of the elevators arriving on the floor. Otherwise, we did not notice any disturbance from the neighbors; perhaps the occupancy on the floor was minimal. Only on one day out of 10 did the children get mad from above; the rest of the time the room was very quiet.
The room is spacious, perfectly cooled by air conditioning, even too much. Most of the time it was turned off. A huge window from ceiling to floor, a spacious room and a bathroom area. Large TV, iron and board, work desk, sofa, coffee table, coffee/tea accessories. The bed is very comfortable, clean soft linen. It's two steps to the bathroom. There are questions about the layout; it is not very convenient to open the shower stall. Otherwise, there are no complaints, the towels are always soft, fresh, clean, as are the bathrobes and slippers. The room cleaning is excellent, if you don’t want your wires to be wound up, it’s better to hide them)
The hotel staff is top notch, polite, helpful, efficient, always ready to help.
Breakfast is a buffet, I won’t say that there is variety, but everyone will find food to their liking: porridge, eggs, side dishes, sausages, nuts, etc. Dinners are also a buffet, but this one is much more fun. Yes, there are repeating positions, but at the same time there is something new every day. Be careful, for those who cannot stand spicy food, it is sometimes difficult to imagine that an ordinary baked potato can be so spicy. Especially with local dishes, there is also a high probability that the food will be spicy or very spicy.
The hotel is in an excellent location, not very close to the metro, but you can walk there without any problems. Or rent numerous scooters, call an Uber or local Karva taxi, or take a bus. There is also a large shopping center with everything you need near the nearest metro station. Opposite the hotel is McDonald's, Starbucks and many other cafes.

The hotel is great! Important hints: the wifi is good; the elevators only go to the floor where your room is, activated by a card with the room key; the sea water is very warm, the pool is cool; cocktails on the beach in my opinion are expensive; in the morning the tide is low, but by 1 p.m. the sea is sandy, you can without slippers; the money in the hotel is not profitable to change, profitable in the shopping mall city mall, it is 20 minutes on foot. Ruum cleaning is good. The rooms have a hairdryer and all the shampoos, conditioners, shower gel in the big jars, so you don't have to take that with you. Food is super for every taste.

We visited the Hilton Doha for an 8 night Half Board stay from 15th - 23rd August. After visiting Dubai numerous times, we decided to try Qatar to see what it had to offer.
We arrived at approximately 7.30pm and Check-In was quick and straightforward and we were lucky enough to receive an upgrade on both our rooms.
Rooms were spacious and immaculate and cleaned daily to a very high standard by Sangita.
The food in the hotel restaurant for our Breakfast and Evening Meal was always varied and of a very high standard. The option to select seafood and meat of your choice for grilling was excellent and the chefs and waiting staff were very helpful.
The pool area was very clean with towels and free cold bottled water always available from the staff adjacent to the pool entrance - sunbeds were always available, though some days (Friday and Saturday) noticeably busier than others.
As you can imagine, the weather was very hot and I'd like to give a special mention to Eric, one of the Pool Bar staff who was always on hand to bring over an ice box without prompting and much needed cold beers as and when we asked.
We had a great stay and thanks to all the staff for making it a pleasurable stay.

My brother and I spent from 8th until 13th March at the Hilton Doha Hotel and what a wonderful experience it was. The location of the hotel is stunning on the Doha Corniche Waterfront with its own private beach. Our Deluxe rooms on the 14th floor of the hotel were wonderful with sea views and the housekeeping experience of the rooms was absolutely splendid.
We were met at the Doha International Airport by one of the hotels cars and chauffeurs , quite expensive, but so good to see the driver standing with your name on a board after a long flight and within about 20 minutes we were in the hotel.
The staff at the hotel are a real joy, very professional, yet friendly and a real credit to Hilton staff training.
Many thanks to all who work in the hotel, we had the most enjoyable stay and are already planning for another visit later in the year.

Recently returned from Doha and would like to talk a little bit about the hotel. When they arrived from the airport to the hotel, the staff met with a smile, took their belongings and took them to the hotel. After check-in, things were delivered to the room. The occupation was quick (within 30 minutes).
The hotel has 2 swimming pools (one child and one adult). Sunbeds, umbrellas, towels - free. They also give bottled cold water near the pool. Just behind the pool is a sandy beach and sea. There's a swing on the beach. The sea is clean, clear and warm. The beach has a bar.
The room is large, with all facilities: 2 large beds, wardrobe, safe, air conditioning, tea making facilities , electric kettle , hairdryer, iron, LCD TV, bath and shower. Cleaning the room every day. Replenishing water, tea, coffee daily.
The restaurant is on the "G" floor. It's big, it's always clean, lots of staff. Large selection of dishes, there are juices, coffee, tea. You can have a soda tonight. You can also take wine for an extra fee. The staff are always friendly. I would particularly like to mention the waiters Putri, Sidhi, Kodira. Help with choice of dishes, bring orders quickly, always in clean uniform, neat, polite. Joriza's girlfriend will meet her at the restaurant entrance and lead her to a table. I'd also like to mention Chef Tanera. In the morning, he'll prepare a dish of your choice. We liked his omelets and the good mood with which he cooked them. Thank you Hilton for your hospitality. We hope to be back.

I wouldn’t go to this hotel if you are of colour, the breakfast servers don’t like to serve black people and you are likely to wait a long time to be noticed. I just wanted hot water one day and it took 20mins, the rest of my 7 days was the same, I had to get up and go look for what I wanted myself.

The hotel itself is old fashioned the decor looks worn out, rooms are very basic and can be noisy depending on the location of your room.

My first room was next to the cupboard used by the cleaners so when they came in the morning to get the cleaning supplies very early we got woken up with the movement and a bang after we arrived after 1am. No welcome drink or hospitality on arrival.

As a disabled person I was put on the 21st floor, later I requested to be moved because of the noise from the nightclub and the noise of cars even as high as that high floor.

I requested to be moved and was moved to a less noisy part of the hotel.

Very disappointing for a name like the Hilton.

We just came back from a one week vacation. It was our very first family trip with our 5 month old baby and as first time parents we didn't know what to expect. Our first vacation as a family was just perfect from day 1, mostly because of the lovely staff and excellent service at the hotel.

Starting with the people who welcomed us when we arrived with the taxi. The guys were also very considerate when we got on and off the taxis with our baby and the 100 things we had to carry, such as stroller and car seat, one also telling the taxi driver to close the window where the baby was sitting. I unfortunately did not catch the name of the guy.

The team at dinner at the restaurant were so lovely to us, especially to our babyboy. They always found some time to entertain him and make him smile, when he was fussing, so we could also enjoy our dinner. The dinner team Aldren, Dinah, Siddhi, Maria and Erastus made the end of our days just perfect. They were very attentive and considerate.

We also had some special requests for the housekeeping which were always made immediately.

Thank you so much for making our first family vacation so memorable.

This was just a family staycation and we really enjoyed our time as a family. First, Jenny from the Front Desk was quite helpful and she accommodated us with an early check-in and with a corner room with a better view of the sea. The housekeeping staff Ankita is also really helpful and dedicated. She helped us with our requests for extra water, since we have two young ones, with a big smile always. In Mawasem for our breakfast and lunch meals, Joriza and Mycel were really the best. They went out of the way to help us with our requests and accommodate our young babies. The Staff at Trader Vic's was also hospitable and really welcoming. The beach is one of the best if you visit with young kids like us ( 5 years and 1 year old). Our kids really had a blast at the beach and at the kid's swimming area. It was also wonderful to have a separate Kids' place during the Friday brunch where my kids spent most of their afternoon both before and after eating. The team at the Kids' place was also so nice and they know how to work with the young ones. The only issue which might of course be out of the management hands is the number of people smoking in the beach area. These people should have some care toward young children and at least leave some place clean and free to breathe for our future generation. Smoking should be banned near beaches and pools for kids, why they should pay the price for the addiction of other adults. Overall, Hilton Doha is highly recommended for family staycation.

We stayed in this hotel for a total of 10 days. The country and the city are a must-see. We have nothing to complain about the hotel. Check-in went perfectly thanks to Jenny. The room was always (thanks to kaman sing) super clean, the breakfast left nothing to be desired, freshly squeezed juices, hot and cold dishes were simply top notch! I would like to give a big compliment to our waitress Janina. She was always considerate, attentive and friendly to all guests. Soumaya from the night shift was very helpful at check-out and always nice. The guys from the concierge were also always helpful. At the beach bar Mohamed, the nice man from the towels, everyone was friendly and top notch.
The hotel is very centrally located and you can take 10QRA to the metro. From here we explored the whole city (souk wakif, lousail (the Asian Cup was just here), Legtaifiya Hotel Raffles, Katara and so on).

Beautiful rest! Starting with check-in, arrived in the morning, the room was provided immediately, although according to the hotel rules could check-in at 3.00 p.m. Very welcoming, cultured staff, special thanks to manager Mustafa, who is quick to resolve issues! Food in the restaurant is beyond praise, huge range, very deliciously cooked, special thanks to the chef! Nice rooms with sea views. Cozy beach, though not big, but there are always places, towels can be changed several times a day. Advantage in the location of the hotel when the conditions of a great seaside resort and a large beautiful city are combined in walking distance.
