Mr. Aloysis from restaurant is really great and helpful ... HK person on the 15th floor can not recall the name but she was really good at her work... overall found all the staff friendly with smiling face...while check in all the information about the package was not given...like laundry was included in the package and we were not informed about it later on we had to call and ask ...but at the time of check out ms. Gestiline and chatuni both were professional and friendly at the same time ....thank u for the hospitality.
