Stayed in a hotel for four nights. We are a family of three from the faraway Khanty-Mansiysk (two adults and a child aged 10). The hotel has a great location (in walking distance Cornishon Quay, ran for a charge, you can walk in the evening). The rooms aren't very new, but everything else is high. We were shaken by the size of the bed (the biggest we've ever seen), the clean big room. The trousers don't open much, but they're enough to clear the air. An iron and ironing board were brought on request. The room has everything you need. Tea set, water. Hairdryer. All the toiletries. Breakfast's good, lots to choose from. Coffee (Americano and cappuccino) we ordered separately, it was brought from the cafe on the first floor of the hotel. Good fitness room and two saunas (hamam and Finnish). The hotel also has lunch and dinner. For a fee, we had dinner three times. Every dinner is themed, huge selection of dishes, all ooh delicious! The value for money is excellent! We especially thank the Ali team for their generous hospitality and excellent service!

This is one of the best hotels in a perfect location in Abu Dhabi. I have been staying at this hotel from last 3 years at least. The rooms are spacious, well kept and they provide enough complimentary drinking water and all other toiletries. They also offer complimentary valet parking which is really helpful.
What best about this hotel is the staff. They have best staff there, starting from the people helping you with valet parking, front office staff, including Lean, the cleaning staff and everyone else. This is one of the reasons, I choose to stay there. Their rooms also kept well maintained, clean and nice big bathrooms which are always clean and spotless.
Well done staff and I can recommend this hotel to anyone without any hesitation.

I hosted my daughters 18th birthday within this hotel around the end of December at this hotel and it was extremely accomodating before, during and after the event. The staff were warm, welcoming, and made our guests feel comfortable within the event venue itself. As for the hotel suite we booked, it was very tidy, spacious and offered my family and visiting friends plenty of areas to mingle and prepare for the celebration. The bathrooms were clean, the bed was soft, comfortable and the wardrobe area was fairly spacious as well. Our experience at this hotel was magical and we would 100% reccomend friends and family to stay or host events at this hotel as well.

The hotel requires a serious revamp! Our room (1608) had many flaws: the curtain is barely hanging and does not fully close, the toilet accessories had many loose knops, the telephone speed dials for services were not working.
Having said that, I would still consider coming back because the staff were simply helpful and amazing especially the valet's staff and one young Emirati at the reception .
I really appreciated the valet's assistance with car's parking.
The beds were very comfortable.
Breakfast was OK but we did not our room-service order. We ordered 2 Caesar salads and I do not remember reading it comes with anchovies but they came with (which we do not like at all). The in-house made salad dressing was not good at all. It was very garlicy and tasted bitter (maybe there was extra mustard) and it was too much sauce to salad. We ended up not eating!
The location is excellent and a great base to visit many places. The Louvre Museum was less than 15 minutes drive from the hotel. Many shops, restaurants & malls nearby.

I book for simple room but was upgraded, the front desk and bell boys are very courteous and immediately escorted me. The room is neat, tidy and well lit. The housekeeping team is very fast and any complaints is handled immediately. The area is situated almost at the center of the city and things that you need such as stores, restaurant and shops are within walking distance.

Stayed to 2 hotels within a week in Abu Dhabi for business meetings and friend gatherings. Will not let a day pass without giving my thoughts and sharing a great experience staying at City Seasons Al Hamra Hotel. The person who takes care of the room was so friendly, and accommodating, and kept the room tidy, he was always on time for your concerns and made things done even before you knew it. He always says that if anything I need or want for the room or anything I can call his attention and he will be there to help.

For cheap option take public bus no. A2 from Abu Dhabi airport, and get down at Abu dhabhi Main Bus stand, it would take 4 dihrams. Before you enter bus make Hafliyat(Bus Card) from airport because you need to scan that card while get In and Out. This card will work in all public buses in Abu Dhabi.
After you get down at Main Bus stand, take taxi to City Season it would take around 15 dihram to reach Hotel.
If you want to hire taxi from airport, it would take around 90-100 dihram to reach hotel.
They have complimentary buffet breakfast however you need to ensure that's part of the deal, when you book.
I dont think they provide free transportation - but please cross check
