Such a place from heaven

From the moment we walked in we got a lovely greeting from Ravinda who welcomed us with a nice friendly smile and a little chat then walked us to reception to find Omar who took a good care of us and made sure we checked in and the moment we walked in our room it was so nice, clean and tidy with an amazing view.

We couldn't wait to enjoy our holiday so we went to the pool straight away and once again we were made to feel so welcomed by Romish who gave us a couple of towels and then took us to our sunbeds and made sure we feel comfortable and showed us the pool bar where Sanjeva welcomed us with a nice cold water then a couple of nice cocktails and by afternoon we made our way to the restaurant and got greeted by Salam and Hussain with a nice charming smile, took us to the restaurant and showed us around then to our table and that was another story because we got looked after like never before, I mean everyone had a big smile on their face and nothing was too much for them, and I meant day or night those guys were so amazing and so lovely, from chef Mahmoud to Mustafa and Nora who looked after us every day and made such a big impact and made us look forward every day to see them.

By the end of our first day talking to Omar at reception he walked me to the gym to meet Shitos who motivated me to do a workout and the guy has such a good way of using the limited equipment available to make it fun and enjoyable every day and always got a smile on his face, making sure everyone is looked after and safe.

Day in and out those guys were truly amazing and we were looking to come back even before we leave. We even brought our friends over from Dubai to spend the day with us instead of going over to Dubai.

Thank you to everyone and honestly you made our holiday and our surprise engagement so special. Thank you for looking after us, thank you for all your hard work.

ful throughout my stay.

The room was immaculate and tastefully decorated, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I could ask for, including [mention amenities like fast Wi-Fi, a large TV. The attention to detail, from fresh linens to quality toiletries, really made it feel like a luxurious home away from home.

This is a really nice hotel so don’t be put off by my didn’t like comments. I just wanted to make a point so they can keep making small improvements. I would definitely come back. Also thanks to the lady who let me use the scissors in the morning to cut off my new shirt tags/labels! Always helpful 😊. Also really like Abu Dhabi. Safe, clean, fun, beautiful and interesting.

We visited October 2024

If you have food allergies you should avoid this hotel
I am confused with the reviews submitted for this hotel. Not sure if it was the same hotel I stayed in.
After looking deeper, we found there was quite a lot of non-complimentary ones, which we wished we had found prior to booking this hotel
The hotel declares itself a 5* but having travelled extensively around the UAE this barely matches a 3*.
Reception
We arrived at around 09.45, where we were informed check-in was 2pm but if we came back at 11am a room may be available.
Went back to reception and were taken to a room, which while very nice did not have a balcony which we had requested, we then went back to reception where we were informed that there were no other rooms available and what we got was a premier room.
After repeating that we requested a balcony we were then shown to a room with a balcony, which on inspection was found not to have been cleaned, we were then moved promptly to the vacant room next door again with a balcony, strange that two had appeared when told there was none.
Room
The room was nice, shower was brilliant, the problem was the service team kept forgetting items, towels etc, but when told they quickly replaced them
Toiletries were of a good quality, but were changed to a cheaper brand not of the same quality
Pool
One of the better experiences even though there was mould on the pool grouting and walkway boards around the pool area were in a dangerous condition and major trip hazards identified where you could hurt yourself if not careful
Staff at the pool bar were the highlight of the trip.
Dining
Both my wife and I are Celiacs, she also being a non-meat eater, the choice of food served was a nightmare.
It appeared that every item of food was declared as containing Gluten, this being Rice, Cheese, all the deserts, Hash Browns to name a few.
A lot of dishes served in sauces were not identified if containing gluten or not they even put a sauce on the Sushi
My wife questioned the Chef, showing him the tag from the rice, he just shrugged his shoulders
The choice of food was repetitive so there was no break, we went to a local supermarket to purchase items that were Gluten Free
Service was limited to clearing your table and filling a glass with Water, you had to chase if you wanted anything different
The Saturday Brunch is for those from outside paying for the privilege, not for those who are on holiday or all-inclusive. All the tables are reserved for these visitors, they are also given the service you would expect, you must search for seating and when guided to a seat it was away from the main area.
All Inclusive
Not sure if they have gathered the concept of this, you are issued a timetable with coffee/tea only being available in the foyer area, twice per day, nowhere else, snacks are not available.
My personal complaint was when requesting a brandy was told this was not available on all-inclusive.
There was a private beach listed within the literature found online and listed with all-inclusive amenities, while the hotel provided transport to the beach, on querying at the reception we were told, you pay 25Dh for sunbeds, and there was no food or drink you paid for this.

Before considering this hotel, I suggest you really look at reviews and the experience of others.

We stayed at this fantastic Hotel from 11/28/2023 to 12/01/2023 and the experience was excellent. The hotel is located in a very quiet area of Abu Dhabi, about 30km away from Yas Island, which however is easily reachable by taxi which they will contact on request. We stayed on a half board basis, breakfast is continental with particular attention paid to the very rich local cuisine, buffet style. The same goes for dinner. The restaurant room is spacious and offers the possibility of sitting both inside and outside, with a veranda overlooking the sea. Speaking of the rooms, very large and comfortable beds, always very clean. The hotel has a private pool which we personally didn't use, but we got to visit in the evening, very beautiful. Very positive note for the staff at the reception who were able to welcome us and always direct us with the utmost kindness. The hotel also offers the possibility of purchasing tickets for the city's various attractions on site.

It was our 20 th wedding anniversary so we wanted and expected much more.
So we arrived early hours 5 am. After a 14 hour journey we were told breakfast starts at 6:30. I would have been a good gesture to have some food in the room such as pastries or fruit. Tea/coffee and water was available.

The rooms are very spacious, clean and welcoming. Our view was very pretty looking over the tower buildings.
Bed was very comfy and staff very approachable snd they always went above and beyond.

The travel operator advertised all inclusive and multiple restaurants. However it took a few days for us to discover the bar and only the main restaurant was open as September is classed as out of session. This was disappointing as we expected the Al la carte restaurants to be open.

The main restaurant was good but too repetitive. As mentioned we expected it to be of a higher standard and more options. You ordered a drink it would take a while before you would get it unless you just wanted water. We finished our food before the drinks arrived. Also it wasn’t exclusive to guests public who paid to go to the pool or gym could eat at the main restaurant.

Getting a sun bed with shade become tiresome and some people guests became entitled. We were asked to move on a few occasions because an infulener attended and they needed the beds. We are paying guests so didn’t feel right to myself or other paying guests.

Pool bar was great but limited drinks available. Also again our travel operator advertised pool bar snacks available but only in peak times. If we wanted snacks at the pool or drinks not on the list we had to pay extra.

The was no entertainment at night. We don’t smoke so we had to sit outside. It would be nice to be able to sit inside the bar and for those who smoke pop out side and come back in for all to be able to enjoy the air con. As it is hot hot hot.

We got to meet some amazing people but it’s definitely not a 5 star hotel pushing it maybe a 4 star.

My stay at this hotel was an absolute delight, particularly because of the outstanding breakfast and the exceptionally friendly staff. The breakfast buffet offers an impressive variety of fresh and high-quality options, ranging from crispy pastries and fresh fruit to warm, savory dishes. Every morning started with a culinary highlight that left nothing to be desired.

I would especially like to highlight the excellent service provided by Aung. He truly made my stay unforgettable. With his friendly and attentive manner, he ensured that I had everything I needed. Aung was always there to make sure my coffee was fresh and that I felt completely at ease. His professionalism and dedication deeply impressed me.

Overall, the breakfast experience at this hotel was a true pleasure, and I owe much of that to the exceptional service from Aung and the entire team. I will definitely be returning!

Magnificent hotel with quality service. All the staff are very, very welcoming, attentive, attentive to the smallest details. Whether it is the reception staff, catering, maintenance, pool surveillance, all these staff take great care of the customer, special mention to Nabil for welcoming the restaurant, to the waiters and bartender Vischu, Win and Dany.
Infinity pool overlooking the sea, just breathtaking. Not to mention the sea view in the room. As for Kappa Club with which we left Bouba, the boss of Kappa and Souleymane, the host were super attentive, available, efficient and spoke French in particular. The stay in this hotel really exceeded all my expectations.
Visits to do The great mosque and the Louvre by taxi,
Dubai by Night via Kappa and an afternoon boat evening for the magnificent sunset
Very nice fitness room with sauna/hamman
Small supermarket close to the hotel at reasonable prices
Fish market with the possibility of buying and tasting on site, not expensive at all
I recommend this hotel 1000%

An unforgettable stay thanks to an exceptional team!I recently stayed at the Royal M Pension and I would like to express my gratitude to the team, especially Souleymane and Alain, for making my stay so memorable.From the moment I arrived,I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Souleymane has always listened and made sure everything was perfect, anticipating my every need with incredible attention.
