Poor management at garage restaurant at breakfast buffet. Long waiting queue for entry inside, finished food, they don’t serve you on table even after request that you are with small kids. And some where I felt a attitude vibe because of listing No from every staff for every request of mine.

Wow, that definitely the much impressive gym I've ever seen. Complete the perfect experience of the W hotel. Mr. Hamza from the Gym is one of the lovely service person I met. The hotel is huge, you can keep your keeds in a very kindly Kids Zone and have your break for some power practice at gym :)

Great hospitality and service. The food was also great. The staff as great. Suk at the gate gave us an amazing service. The kids play area was also great. Kids were taken care of and had a great time. We booked the fantastic suite which had a great view and was of a great size.

Great hotel. Excellent location and full facilities. Within minutes of the famous Yas Mall. Lita was my check-in assistant which was very helpful. The breakfast buffet at the Garage has a full variety of eastern and western sections. The other outlets gave impressive choices

We had very nice time today, enjoying nice food and service from Jebed. Tried „taste the race” menu (Japan and Singapore) and few other dishes. Please do repeat this menu next year. Thank you and see tou next time.
