Night time noise is horrendous, one song being played over and over and over at very loud levels. Only offer was to move to another room in the middle of the night. Avoid room 330 at all costs and anything on thos.side of the hotel. No pork in restaurant- not problem just worth knowing. Very nice hotel, just has a nightclub outdoors until 2am with one song playing.

Excellent Customer Service from all the Staff! Room is Spacious & Clean! Food is great! Good value for money! Breakfast & Iftar choices was amazing. Hotel Facilities is highly recommended if you have a child! Play Area inside the hotel is a plus! Location is very near to YAS Island attractions!

We had a lovely stay at the rotana ..The staff couldn't do enough for us. so helpful and friendly..Tilak did a great job cleaning our room and always with a smile ☺ Breakfast and Iftar buffet in Choices were excellent..Book at reception for a much cheaper deal as hotel guests ..

The hotel created a little oasis. Life as normal as a non fasting family. The only difference that effected us was the timetable for kids club as it only ran 7pm-8pm 😂 not even enough time to use the gym....

Holiday ❘ Family The hotel is very beautiful, not only from the outside but also from the inside. It has a great entrance area and you are warmly welcomed. The room I booked (it has an update) was very comfortable and beautiful, but I gave it 4 stars because Hoer and there would be room for improvement, but nothing that bothers you, just small things. The hotel has a great location, everything is very close and there are always taxis available on request,The staff are excellent and very attentive special thanks to Mr.Joseph. Highly recommended

Brilliant hotel, clean, friendly staff and a great location. The hotel has a number of restaurants that came highly recommended and we loved the cocktails and food in Y Bar. There were a few families but unlike other hotels on Yas Island the hotel was mainly adults which suited us well as we have previously been put off other hotels in the area due to too many children. We had a great stay and will be back soon!
