This has been our 3rd and overall best stay so far at Conrad Etihad Towers in Abu Dhabi. Late check-In as always very smooth and fast. Michael Neshat from the reception remembered us and gave us a warm welcome! Being a Hilton Diamond member, we received a complementary room upgrade to a King Grand Premier room with nice views over the corniche and the ocean, located on the 44th floor. The room was nicely prepared by Israel (Guest Relations Executive) and Chandu (House Keeping Supervisor) with a personalized welcome! Thank you guys, you are truly the best! As diamond members we also received a complementary bottle of red wine, a cheese plate and a big fruit bowl. A personalized handwritten letter was also found in the room! We really appreciate it! Thanks again to Chandu and Israel! A couple of things have changed since our last stay in April and October 2022. - New Spanish restaurant, replacing the lobby bar - Level45 - Rental car at the hotel available Spanish restaurant and Level45 we haven’t tried during this stay. The rental car process was very smooth and the prices are good! Apart from that, new umbrellas have been installed on the beach, which we really appreciated! We went for half-board which includes breakfast and dinner at four of the a-La-carte restaurants and the buffet at the Rosewater restaurant. For diamond members, the breakfast takes place in a separated dining area. During the week, this area is very calm and the service is very good and fast. You can choose from the Diamonds a-la-carte breakfast menu and/or use the breakfast buffet. Be aware, that depending on the hotel occupancy, non-diamond members are also placed to this area in order to avoid long queues in front of the restaurant. This happened on both weekends during our stay. As the head-count of the service stuff for this area remains the same, the service slows down extremely. This remains the only little issue during our stay. As diamond member we were invited daily to the Happy Hour which takes place between 5-7pm at the Nahaam restaurant. Only Saturdays, due to the ongoing brunch at Nahaam, the Happy Hour takes place at the diamond lounge in the Rosewater restaurant on the 1st floor. During the diamond Happy Hour, you will find selected beverages and a small buffet as complementary! A nice little buffet with three warm options, sushi, salads, cheese plate and sweets is provided. During our 14 night stay, the warm buffet has changed every single day! The beverage selection includes different Softdrinks, fresh juices, white/red/rosé wine, beer, whiskey, gin, vodka, tequila, rum. During the Happy Hour, the service at Nahaam is top notch. Big thank you to AJ, Mounir and all the other waiters who’s names I forgot. The restaurant is managed in the best possible way by Mr. Sachitra. Mr. Sachitra talks to each Diamond-member personally during the Happy Hour, what we appreciated! For dinner we always visited one of the four included a-La-carte restaurants li Beirut, Sole, Tori-no-su and Nahaam. All of these restaurants are excellent in terms of food-presentation, service and food quality! Every restaurant and bar I visited provided cake for my birthday celebration. More or less the whole hotel-staff knew my name and the fact that I had birthday! Thank you again for all the cakes and birthday wishes! I really appreciate it! For dinner, our personal favorites are li Beirut and Sole restaurant. Meat quality at li Beirut is exceptional! The service is top-notch! Everybody in this restaurant treated us like friends who came back home! We really appreciate your service and your hospitality! Thank you Mohammed, Rawat, Rita, and the rest of the other service staff which names I forgot! Everybody took care of us in the best possible way!! If you like the Italian cuisine then go straight to Sole and you will not regret! Andrea, the restaurant manager, took care of us the whole stay in a way we only could have wished for! Always there for us! Always supporting us with the menu and also open for special wishes and requests! Even outside of his restaurant he took care of us in regards to a special wish for the breakfast! Don’t miss out to chat with Andrea! True Italian gentleman! During the day, we spent a lot of time at the beach, which is pretty nice for a city hotel! You should not expect a beautiful beach as Saadiyat but you can expect the best possible beach-service! Overall the whole beach and pool service stuff is great at this hotel. As soon as you arrive they will take care of you, prepare your sunbed and open the umbrella if requested. In our case, Pradeep, one of the nicest guys on this planet, took once again care of us in the best possible way. He is always around if you need him, providing lightning fast service and is always in a good mood which I really appreciate while being on vacation! He frequently checked if we need anything and provided water etc. I have really never experienced beach service like that and I have visited many good hotels and resorts around the world. Our room was always clean without even recognizing the room-service! We had an iron which was not working properly and empty shower-gel in the shower. Good thing Conrad has Chandu, my favorite housekeeping supervisor! He fixed the issues within minutes so that my wife could have a shower and could finally iron her dress properly! Chandu took care of us the whole stay in the best possible way! He frequently asked if we are fine or if he could do something for us which we really appreciated!
Hotels are like cars! None of them is able to check all boxes, but overall this iconic hotel is ranked on our personal list in the top three and we have visited quite a few hotels and resorts around the world! For us personally, the overall hotel and restaurant experience is very important. A big part of this „experience“ are the people! The whole service staff of this hotel is exceptional and the biggest reason we have stayed there three times within a short time-period. Keep up the good work!

This has to be the best hotel in Abu Dhabi, certainly in terms of the rooms, views, service and amenities. I almost felt sorry for poor Emirates Palace across the road!
Even before arrival, I could feel the care and attentiveness that staff seem to be ingrained with. Mr Abdel in room reservations was professional and extremely helpful in arranging my room and restaurant bookings. On arrival, I was greeted like a VIP and given an amazing welcome by Senior Duty Manager Mrudu Nair. From what I observed during my stay, however, every guest is treated like a VIP. There are very few hotels in the world which manage to do this consistently and that is what makes them so special, and such a pleasure to stay in.
I was soon in my suite on the 57th floor (a wonderful and unexpected upgrade) which was amazing. Stunning views across what seemed like the whole of Abu Dhabi. Beautiful welcome amenities and immaculate, very high-end furnishings.
A large dreamy bed with the finest linens had a view south over Bateen Marina to Hudayriat Island. The main bathroom itself had a beautiful free standing bathtub and amazing sea views itself. The living room looked over Emirates Palace to the breakwater and Marina Mall.
The suite was well equipped with two full bathrooms, spacious wardrobes, a very large work desk, Nespresso machine, mini bar, large flat screen TVs and a plethora of high quality amenities. The bathroom toiletries were beautiful and in bottles shaped like the towers themselves. Almost a collector's item.
Service was slick, friendly but not at all intrusive. I got the feeling that all the staff had been extremely well trained and had been with the property for a long time.
The beach is a little narrow, however has plenty of sun loungers and catches the soft late afternoon sunshine. The 3 pools were large and comfortably accommodated children and adults alike. Pool bar staff were friendly and always on hand. I enjoyed excellent meals at Nahaam, BiCE and breakfast at Rosewater, during my stay.
Its difficult to find any fault with this hotel. You will be made to feel special from the point of booking until your departure. Due to the lack of tourists and foreign visitors in Abu Dhabi at the moment, they are also offering some incredible special rates. Perfect for a staycation or a business strip and, be warned, you will not want to leave! Highly recommended.

My mother and I spent two nights at the Etihad Towers last week. The package we chose included breakfast and dinner buffet served in the Rosewater Restaurant. The selection of food was excellent with plenty of choices of hot and cold dishes available. The restaurant staff particularly Rashidat and Leah, went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and even recommended foods to try, including the fantastic cheesecake, thanks for the tip, Leah.
The hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious, clean, although my mother felt the shower floor was slightly slippery. For elderly visitors like my mother, this can cause concern as there is no handrail for reassurance in the shower.
On own departure, Omar was accommodating with collecting our luggage from the room and ensuring they were available when we were ready to leave for the airport.

Absolutely can’t fault our stay at Jumeirah Etihad Towers. We booked for 1 night on a half board basis. We were able to check in at 11am and we didn’t have to check out until 5pm on our second day. The half board package was amazing! We had a 3 course dinner, it is a set menu but plenty of options! Breakfast was served in room, food was lovely and plentiful! The rooms themselves are kept empty for 3 days between guests, they have also clearly been very well cleaned and sterilised. Masks, sanitizer and wipes are also provided. The rooms and views are gorgeous and there is plenty of space! The pool was closed due to government rules during our stay but the beach was open, with discounts on food and drinks for guests. Staff were wonderful, so attentive, knowledgeable and helpful. The WhatsApp butler service is also second to none! Have already recommended to friends and re booked for ourselves. Best value for money AD has to offer this summer!

The hotel is great, location is good, the views are fantastic. Very good do watch New Years fireworks from the rooms facing Marina Mall. The rooms are big and clean. The lobby is very impressive. All the staff (exception is reservations) is great, top level. The pools are great, heated, very good with children, the beach is nice, although a little small for the size of the hotel when they are fully booked (like few days before New Year. On a less busy period really great. Breakfast is good, served till 11:00
Now on a less great things - we were quite large group of friends, stayed close to 100 room nights in total, contacted reservations department to check whether we could get better rate. Initially they said yes of course, but at the very end after a frustrating month of exchanging emails tried to push through a higher price than was booking online. So I lost a month of meaningless exchange of emails and negotiations and we ended just simply booking online.
Lunch at the beach and by the pool is probably one of the weakest points in total - the food is medium quality at best and the prices as if it is top top quality. We ended up mostly skipping lunch altogether or going to the cafes outside the hotel in the same Jumeirah complex - very good salad in Japanese cafe and food in Italian cafe in the mall where all the high brand shops are located.

The Hotel is very well located and in the prime location at the coniche Abudhabi. Reception team is very cooperative during check in (The person Ian) and rooms were clean and disinfected. The Hotel comply and apply "Hilton Clean stay" procedure every where and adopted well. The Shushi at "Tori No Su" were enjoyed by my kids . We dined at "Moksh" as well which is super duper taste Indian Food. The pool were opened with all safety precautions and the service delivery at pool also pretty good. One can enjoy the aroma of "The coffee" shop at Lobby and again comfort with effortless service can be experienced here as well Over all the Hotel is flawless and everything from start to end of the trip was smooth. We spent the weekend at this hotel last weekend. Honestly, you can’t fault the service. From Check-in to check out, it was perfect. It was the first weekend that they had opened the pool and everything was quite well organised. The room is spacious and modern. They gave you all the confidence that sanitary measures are in place: room sanitized, mini kit with mask, hand sanitizer and wipes available in the room, remote control had been sanitized and was wrapped in a paper box, tables at the restaurant were all spread out and cutlery wrapped as well. Pools are great, with a choice of kids pool, adult pool and family pool. Most of them are shaded from 3pm so great with kids. Would definitely go back there again.

Stayed in a deluxe king room with a view of the sea and partial city. The room was nice but the below made the stay somewhat under our expectations.
1.The hotel provided the smallest bath ribs I have seen which we called housekeeping to get a bigger size and they brought 1 with 2 people in the room. 2.I requested a welcome amenity with written words and instead we received fruits and wine which was ok but not what was needed. 3.i also mentioned that I booked the hotel mainly to see the observation deck at 300 and again mentioned at check in.No one informed upon check in its closed on Sundays.i found out when I called reception.so we never got to experience this which was on the top of our list 4.the coffee machine in the room was not working we called to inform around 5:30 am and the engineer came and said he couldn't fix it , housekeeping came and the room boy said to me did the engineer flush it ..its working mam. And as I repeated to him it's not he kept insisting until "I said I use a nespresso machine in my house daily this is not working its grinding but no coffee is coming".he then change .but why should I have to explain this? Meanwhile all I wanted was an Americano which in good service recovery could of been made and sent to the room but instead I reach the gym late trying to explain to people I too have knowledge in what I'm talking about.
5.Check in took a bit long ,there seemed to be no allocated room for us even with my special request ahead of time.Ronald and the team was nice but lack attention to detail.
6. On the room turn down service the attendant seemed to only make the bed did not replace the shower gels , clean the bathtub or arrange fresh towels.
This made the stay somewhat disappointing.

Everything in this property is ready to welcome you, from the moment you step out of your car the doorman will greet you and welcome you to the hotel. The check in process was very simple and easy. I can’t describe how amazing was the room and the view from the 49 floor is breathtaking, sparking clean, you could feel all effort done to make sure the room was impeccable. I can’t thank enough to Anastasia Krasko who took time to show me around the facilities, explain about the property and even seat with me for a coffee at the observation deck, if that isn’t the way to sale these days I don’t know what is. She made sure I was well taken care of and thanks to her I found my happy place to stay when traveling to Abu Dhabi. After returning to my room housekeeping team had everything ready for bed time, and I was surprised with a welcome gift. I could go on and on about room service, breakfast and dinner and the afternoon tea at the observation deck, but I will only say you must experience this hotel when going to Abu Dhabi, you won’t regret it!

You can have breakfast, they do a mini lunch type food we never did that. Afternoon tea, and then drinks for2 hours with a food platter in the evening champagne included.
There are more places to choose from in the Abu Dhabi area.
