After a disastrous journey from London we checked in to Hilton Abu Dhabi a day later then we should have. Tired and relieved we walked into the reception area. WOW! This was definitely worth the wait. The shiny floors, grand/tasteful decor and welcoming staff we were so happy to have arrived. Check in - Harry welcomed our group and got us checked in very swiftly. Very professional and a seamless check in. Exactly what you need after being so tired and delayed with young children. Then lovely Ashwin from concierge took our luggage showed us to our rooms. We had 2 rooms booked. We were absolutely blown away when entering our king deluxe one bedroom suite. We couldn’t have asked for any more. It was just perfect in everyway. King guest room was perfect for us too. The rooms are such a high standard. Everywhere in this hotel is absolutely pristine. Can’t fault one thing. We went straight to breakfast after checkin because of the time we arrived. We were greeted by Stella. She was so welcoming and smiley. Such a great way to be greeted. OH MY GOODNESS! The selection and quality of food at breakfast was outstanding. We travel to a lot of hotels in the world and this was definitely up there in being one of the best. Hat off to the chef Gambheer! He was really friendly and made sure we were ok. After breakfast and a long sleep we ventured to the executive lounge. All the staff in there are top class. A special thank you to Francisco and Diane thank you for looking after us so well. The lounge has so much choice for afternoon tea and the cocktail hour. We didn’t have breakfast there so can’t comment on that. The views from the executive lounge are stunning. And it never seems busy as there is so much space for everyone which makes you feel really relaxed. We went to the swimming pool which had a substantial amount of sun loungers and didn’t have any problem getting a spot even though we came down late. The kids loved the pool and we made the most of the time we had there. You have access to 4 parks INCLUSIVE of your stay. Warner brothers, Ferrari world, Sea world and Yas waterworld. Such an amazing perk to stay at the hotel. You can visit no more than one per day. Unfortunately we only managed to visit one (Warner brothers) because we were so delayed. But we are returning in August for a couple of nights and will definitely return in the future for a longer period of time. They also offer a free shuttle service to all the parks that run every 15 mins. Anthony (security guard) helped us with this and made sure we didn’t miss the bus. Thank you for going out of your way to help us Anthony. I had the absolute pleasure to meet Tashila (duty manager) who helped me with some questions I had. Her customer service was exceptional and nothing was too much. I was so impressed with EVERY single member of staff we came across on our stay I personally told Saif our positive comments. You could see by his face how proud he was of his team and he was so nice too. With Management like that you can see why the staff are so hard working and happy in their role. I was fortunate to have just enough time to visit the spa to use the facilities and got a 30 min massage. I pulled a muscle and they fitted me in. The Masseuse Rinkey really worked her magic. And I managed to travel with very little pain because of her. She was exceptional. Thank you. Saif I can’t thank you enough for organising this for meat such short notice. You really went above and beyond and I very much appreciate it. Bina from the spa was so helpful and friendly. It was lovely to meet you and thank you again. I also can’t forget to thank and mention Vanis from the front desk who organised our late check out and Fabian who checked us out. Robin thank you for helping us to our transfer with our luggage and making sure we got off ok. We were only at Hilton Abu Dhabi for one night. We felt so welcome by everyone and can’t believe what a fantastic time we had in such a short space of time. This shows how phenomenal this hotel is and I HIGHLY recommend it. Thank you so much to everyone for making our stay so memorable. We can’t wait to come back in a couple of weeks. And will definitely book again as soon as we can. I already have a group of friends and family that want to come after my raving review. Anyone thinking of staying here I highly recommend it. I’m happy to answer any questions that I am able to. The best hotel in Abu Dhabi! I really recommend this hotel! This hotel is very new just opened 2 years back! Everything is very clean and nice! And the location is in Yas Bay, with walking distance many restaurants and cafes. But I can say the best ting about the hotel is the staffs! All the staffs are super polite and kind. I always feel welcome from the staff. I am so much appreciate to everyone. This is my second home in Abu dhabi.

Nice hotel next to Etihad arena. Was looking forward to staying here as previous reviews of hilton diamond members posted that they experienced fabulous service here. But to my dispointment as a diamond member not much appreciation shown, we were not even offered a room upgrade as one of our benefits, felt that they don't go the extra mile as mentioned in some past Hilton member reviews. Is it because September is not high season?, Hotel seems not as full as in August. Disapointed with executive lounge as very resource limited and basic cold sandwiches offerings, no hot food in afternoons. Other Hiltons like Waldorf have much bigger selection. Probably would stay at another Hilton when we visit Abu Dhabi again. Very quite and not many holiday makers around in Sept!

Amazing Hotel, the staff cannot do enough for you. Excellent location too right on the Marina. Free shuttle bus to the attractions Y1 stops outside the front of the hotel and you get free entry into one of the parks for every day you stay at the hotel!!

It was a very amusing and nice stay, our kids had such a good time in the hotel pool, as well as in the kid’s club, thanks to the amazing and most kind and friendly stuffs… plus the access to YAS theme Parks has contributed to make the experience so unique and entertaining

I’m writing this review while I’m at this amazing property, just finished my breakfast. Couldn’t wait to put a review as I was touched with one of the server’s gesture. Anup was taking care of our table and he made sure that we were taken care. It’s people like him that makes your experience beautiful. Even the other servers and the staff were amazing. Lovely room and loved my evening at Cafe Del Mar pool. Highly recommended!!
