I recommend it 100 %. All services with lot of care and attention. Breakfast quality is one of the best I have tried and the hotel location is really helpful. The proximity to ADNEC and easiness to access the venue of the events is one of the best options if I need to stay for a conference in the same location.

I highly recommend staying at the Andaz hotel for business purposes. The service is excellent, staff is very attentive. The proximity of the hotel to the ADNEC was crucial for me. The room is clean and spacious, nice view.

Laundry services was super duper bad. At Steam room, there wasn't any towel provided. I was drenched after the steam, and in wet condition go to my room. My suits was damaged due to the bad services. And I will not go back to Andaz Capital Gate.

Everything was smooth and impeccable. From the check-in process, to the rooms, to breakfast. It's an aesthetic hotel with lots of cute corners to take pictures as well. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options, and the staff took care of us even though it was busy.
