I booked the hotel a month ago for Oct 1-Oct-4 to attend important meeting at Abu Dhabi. The hotel canceled my hotel room just three days before my check-in claiming that my credit card is invalid. It is an total lie. They just cancelled those who booked with “cancellation” option. And sold the rooms many times higher for that period. This is a very dirty way to treat a customer.

From my entering to corniche hotel till I checked out , everything was just amazing from reception during check in and reaching my room was well made up. Waking up and going for breakfast were I met ms Teddy the breakfast had good varieties and the omelettes were tasty and yammy. Ms Teddy has a beautiful smile and she's an amazing young lady. I love the conversation we had together and praying for the best to her Hopefully coming back soon

The hotel is good, maybe needs some changes with the furniture in the rooms, there is a small problem with the building next to the hotel, during the night you can hearing the AC system or air machines, it is a bit noisy, the breakfast was expensive.

It was amazing and really fun, great location, fun, close to the malls, a huge and amazing view, nice people, the waitress, Teddy Bear>>> everything was excellent, the only thing that had a problem with it was the breakfast, there was not a wide selection, but the omelettes are crazy, very luxurious, and the rooms are smaller and bigger than the best hotels I've stayed in, taxis are close And cheap, but you should note that they don't charge you anymore for taxis, besides that, a perfect place, beautiful, big, comfortable, pleasant and fun

So far sooo good.. Now.. 1 of my most fav to go hotel. Rooms are so clean.. ( feels so clean, not only looking clean) toiletries are provided.. Very good amenities and strong wifi. Specially the manager Ms. Inee , shes very professional and accommodating, To ms. Mery @citrus.. Very approcheable and friendly will also comment the other lady staff from Uganda..(ms.teddy) And sir Brian @ 5th fl. the hotel management decided all of a sudden to cancel the open buffet and replace by a poor set menu!! When asking the staff, the reply was that this was a decision from management The quantities in the set menu are small and very few varieties!!
