Soon as we are arrived the hotel . .no one helping as for are lounges . . All off them they just looking as . And front office worse front desk went you asking them like they don't want to talk to you and they don't want to help you at all . .and I ask for extra coffee cups . . I think untill I will check out in this hotel . They will not give . And every time you will come inside the hotel always all the security is coming to you and asking you if you have keys. .worse experience. all the staff in lobby is rude . .I will not recommend at all .😤😤😤

I stayed in Sheraton Khalidiya since 27-April-2023 till 1-May-2023 in room 808. Very good hotel for $34/day. The sea is near, 500 m to the beach. Breakfast is very good. Service is also good: I always asked extra bottles of water, cleaning service was good. Gym is small. Pool is small. Printing of some papers took long time.

We’ve been staying here for 4 times now and they just really have a elegant room and at the same time its so cozy, just one thing that I noticed is they don’t always keep a pair of everything for the amenities, we had to call every time to request for the items.

At first the staff was nice and friendly. As the weeks passed I was treated like total crap. Nobody cares about your well being except room service. Lobby and the parking lot staff are terrible people that don’t care about their costumers. Had my delivery driver wait 15 minutes and not call my room instantly. They make you pay parking daily although I’m not there daily. Like what’s wrong with you guys ? You guys have issues at home so you take it out on your costumers

Stayed in this hotel for business trip, unluckily for 3 days. Worst internet connection ever. There are a lot of times in a day that it will get disconnected and you have to wait for more than 30 minutes to get connected again and it happened for the same time consistently for 3 days. Will not recommend for business purposes as the internet connection is very unstable.

It was a really amazing stay (for the second time, same hotel❤️ ) I was there in April 2023, from 20 to 23, 16th floor suite no. 1603, the view was fabulous. The food was great, and the staff were so kind and helpful, especially Khaled Elrayes in the front office he was very helpful and did his best for the guest pleasure. We booked this on Agoda went to the hotel check-in was ok though we were looked at funny at the reception like we are begging to stay or something.What pissed me off the most is the hotel says theres parking but its chargeable what in earth🤣🤣🤣🤣.After getting in the room it was okeish ddnt like it much the bathroom was dirty we had to use towels to clean it up, and we had cold water running only.I have no idea what room service does there but literally a used disposable coffee cup on the floor... There was 1 coffee cup in the room with 2 guest which had molds like it has never left the room in a long time when we called operator he said he will have someone reach out to us which took then 2 hours they called back and said they cant provide the cup when u asked why they said (THEY DONT HAVE) 😂😂😂 A WHOLE SHERATON don't have a 2nd cup.. I checked in the both of us but we had security come up to the room twice asking for IDs 1st the said the 2nd guest wasnt checked in 2nd time they said u wasn't checked in so how the hell did i get the key card and into the room mind you all the time they keep knocking we are sleeping so they literally wake us up .the stay was unbelievably unbearable to the point where we chose to check out at 5am to go home and maybe try and sleep coz i cant deal i will give them 0 star.MONEY AND TIME WASTED…
