We went in restaurant at about 2 pm and was greeted with warm welcome. Not knowing what to order we simply went with Special set menu 299AED. We were given 2 welcome drinks of delicious mango and passion fruit juice and crackers with dips (on the house). From start to end of the course, we were explained clearly of each dish ingredients and how it’s made, timing was excellent (did not feel like they were trying to rush us out), manager of the restaurant (which I couldn’t remember the name, sorry!) was very knowledgeable and professional. A warm welcome was received at the emerates palace . And 4 people stood out with exceptional service . Krystian & luci from breakfast . Mahesh from the adult pool and the guy from the Lebanese rest who was from Nepal . They all went beyond and above and made our holiday special and memorable thank you guys for the time you took to do that .

A fantastic huge hotel. However lacked atmosphere. I have to single out the following people for their fantastic service. At the breakfast there was luci & krystian . And mahesh at the pool. My only disappointment was the lack of variety at the buffet restaurant
