We enjoyed our stay at this hotel as part of the Etihad Airways Stopover program. Our wishes regarding the location of the room, which were sent to the hotel in advance, were not fulfilled. However, the reception staff were friendly and the rooms were clean, although not new and quite basic, which is typical considering this is an overnight hotel between flights. The room had everything you needed including tea making facilities and instant coffee. The beds and pillows are quite comfortable. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

Friendly check in staff on reception kindly checked me in early prior to request, the hotel is connected to the airport you don’t need to go outside this is a bonus, the rooftop pool is brilliant and the room rate was reasonable, the only improvement is they have still got the old style rooms and would be nice to have an update

This is a very convenient hotel for a layover if you have time between connecting flights. Great location, friendly staff and good amenities. 24hr Costa for meals and a good selection from the room service menu.Rooms are basic but very clean and of a good standard.

I had long layover in Abu Dhabi I stayed friendly staff starting from the desk staff all the way to cleaning staff , nice rooms and lobby and comfortable beds clean facilities and friendly staff ,thanks again.

Stayed at this hotel for 1 night because our transfer at terminal 3. Very close to the terminal, you don’t have to exit the airport terminal. Clean room and also modified 2 separate beds without any issues. Thanks for the service!

Budget hotel for your stay with basic amenities. The hotel location is within the Abu Dhabi airport. Easy access to Yas Island and its activities. I got two interconnecting rooms for my family of five. Excellent experience, except the hotel Restaurant was horrible and it stinks and the food was not the greatest and fresh either. Apart from that this hotel is highly recommended for stays if you looking for budget and quick access to airport and Yas Island activities.

great place to stay for long layover as Etihad doesn't provide hotels any longer. Good breakfast. Kids and myself enjoyed the stay. Will definitely recommend to someone doesnt want to spend money on taxi.

I wouldn't recommend staying here more than one night. So many problems with the first room I was given, that they had to change my room. Aircon wasn't working, and the bathtub and basin were blocked. The second room they gave me didn't have these problems. Overall the beds were not as comfortable as they looked. Conventient for transitting for a night since you can access the hotel directly via the airport, and the staff were so friendly and nice!

There was a water leakage on the ceiling of the bathroom in my room. I immediately called the reception to report this. They sent in 10-15 minutes a person to fix it . He had a look (literally just looked at it) and said he would notify his coworkers to change my room. After that, I was waiting for another 45 min and there was no action from the staff. Then I decided to call them by myself once again and they asked me to go at the reception in order to have my room changed. All of this happened at 3:00 am where before I had a 6 hour flight and the next day at noon I would have another 6 hour flight , therefore I was very exhausted and even one hour of lost sleep was very important for me. At the end they changed my room but I manage to sleep only for a few hours. I did not get any compensation or complimentary breakfast . They only offer to me to extend my checkout time (at 14:00 instead of 12:00) which did not make sense for me because I had to be in the terminal for the next flight at 12:30.. Finaly when they changed my room, the bathtub of the new room had a weird material on it, probably something to make it non-slippery. However visually it looked as if somebody put bread crumbs all over the place, so that was kind of gross..…
