Visited the Lovely and Massive hotel in mid June located at a central place with accessibility of Al Raha shopping mall directly from hotel lobby and main road just next to it making it easier to catch up with appointments and places you would like to visit in Abudhabi! On the contrary , would not need to go out often as the hotel offers comfort ,homely luxurious chill options!! upon arrival we definitely knew we were going to have a beautiful stay because of the warm reception of an amazing front desk team! Nouf and Sara were soo sweet they made us feel at home instantly ! Very Proffessional,and helpful gave us a fast check in to a beautiful upgraded seaview room we were thrilled!A big thank you for the great service and we kept on happily extending our stay with Glenn and Ruth who were very reliable and friendly had us not wanting to leave because of their Charisma and great service whenever we met at the lobby ..we enjoyed speaking french with Sara and not leaving without a good laugh and jokes from Nouf, Ruth,Glenn and the rest of the Team even upon check out!! We really were soo happy although sad to leave a place that became home and team that became family!! loved you guys and miss you alot definitely going to be back!! The conceirge Joseph soo helpful with luggage and car parking every other time we had to go out and greeted us with a warm smile he is really a great gentleman with a big heart to service!! It was a pleasure meeting you!! The room was beautiful, spacious with a lovely view and magic Mirror in the bathroom was fascinating the bell guy who got our luggage to the room my sincere apologies I can't remember his name was really nice and gave us a beautiful tour of the room made us feel comfortable really appreciated Your hospitality! A big thank you to Abdalla a cheerful fast and respectful gentleman who did an excellent job taking care of our needs,cleaning and decorating with different flowers every other day and lovely towel art! Serville restaurant had a beautiful ambiance nice location could get a good view and view of the pool and for good reasons we didn't want missing out on breakfast because of the variety of nice selections on the Buffet the Wonderful service from the team who would always smile,talk to us and suggest for us the best selections !Janettte at the hostess desk welcomed us with a beautiful smile every morning! Sumi nice attitude and made us tasty omelette whilst singing and smiling and made sure we enjoyed and were happy thanks alot!aathar and Lovely were soo nice , super friendly and really good at their job kept checking up on us from time to time if we needed anything else! Octavian and Aldi such beautiful souls, jovial very professional ,we were always happy see to each other every morning and were always delighted with their hearful service and brought us the best hot chocolate! ,we didn't want to leave breakfast without speaking to them Was really nice meeting you all and sad to leave... thank you Team Serville you all are the best!! We stayed today at Al Raha Beach with 9 and 6 boys and they had such an amazing time by the playground in the water area. Coach lifeguard Abdul has been entertaining them for almost 2 hours organising all sorts of games which boys loved it. It is great fun and sport movements. Abdul is sooo good with children, and such a fun amazing stuff the hotel need to be proud to have!

We came here to celebrate my wife's birthday and were so happy that they accommodate the request that we have told them. This is the second time that we visited this hotel and as usual, the staff was very helpful! Edwin and teddy from the concierge were friendly and helpful, and guest services provided us with all the requests that we've asked. Here comes the really shocking part was were in Dubai and there was only one outlet to charge our electronic devices and you have to unplug the electronic kettle to use the outlet we end up buying our own extension cord so we can charge our gadgets. The tv remote gets low battery easily you have to stand in front of the tv while you change because the charger was attached to it. Breakfast was really good when the first time we went, I was hoping it will be the same or better but to my surprise, it was really disappointing there were not enough choices to choose from. I guess you can have everything, but our stay was fine.…
