Position close to airport (10min) and direct connected to a local mall where you can find supermarket, a few restaurants and shops. About 15-20 minutes to Ferrari, Seaworld and YAS Mall, it will be 30 dhs with taxi. At ground lvl is located a alcohol shop with good prices ( rarity in middle east ). The whole hotel looks neat, in good shape, and with careful maintenance. At least 6 fast and big elevators.
All personal from front door, reception to restaurant and housekeeping is ready to help you in any situation and they are trying the best to accommodate you. Lifeguards are 100% focused at water and people. Service in restaurants and bars are all time sufficient. You will be asked to leave a guarantee at arrival, prepare 50/100$ or Euro in cash as you will receive it back exactly your bills at checkout.
Spacious rooms and bathrooms, I really loved the towels from beach and bath too. Big beds, around 140x200, excellent mattress, maybe to soft pillows. Air conditioning is also good. House keeping will come every day, it seems that will be diferent every time so you wanna leave a small tip day by day rather leave it in last day. Bring 1$ bills with you as tips are highly appreciated, or change on exchanges ( you can find one in the local mall near hotel ).
The internet is working all around hotel, pool and beach at a good speed. For taxies you can install Careem app but it seems that are much cheaper taxies in front of the hotel/malls/etc. Bring UK adaptors from home for electricity plugs and ask help from reception as just one or two plugs from your room will support it.
Meals in restaurants are at a very good level, you can find anytime 3-4 indian food, 3-4 asian, and the rest are always local (arabic) and continental for every taste. Large selection of sweets and good variety of fresh cut fruits.
Cons: Pool and beach opened at 08.00h, it s kind of late, for hot months was better to go earlier to the beach. Beach is not at sea, it s a channel, mostly a golf ( check maps 1st ). Very high prices at beach bar, ok, I am not talking about beer/wine but 6.5 euro Coca Cola, 8.3 euro an hotdog and so on. If you buy lunch/dinner it will include only water ( still/sparking ).

Dear Mr. Serban, Thank you for your detailed feedback during your stay at Al Raha Beach Hotel! We're glad to hear that you appreciated the hotel's convenient location, close to the airport and local mall, as well as the easy access to attractions like Ferrari World, Seaworld, and YAS Mall. It's wonderful to know you found the hotel well-maintained and enjoyed the spacious rooms, efficient elevators, and good service from our staff. We're pleased that you enjoyed the restaurant meals, internet connectivity, and overall amenities. Your tips about bringing small bills for tips and UK adaptors for the electricity plugs are helpful for future guests. We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the pool and beach opening hours, and for the high prices at the beach bar. Your comments on these areas are valuable to us and will be taken into consideration for future improvements. Thank you for staying with us, and we hope to welcome you back soon for an even better experience. With kind regards, Kamal Zayati, General Manager

Breakfasts are just great. Kitchens from all major regions of the world are present. And present in large numbers and choices. It's not for ticking a box, it's really for conscience. The chefs cook great. Food shopping is always fresh. Every morning you're greeted with a smile and joy.
Porter and concierge service - all nice and friendly, always happy and open to communication. Room service is excellent daily. Every evening we were left with a complement: dates or figures made of towels and rose petals, coming home after a long day, it is very nice.
The receptionist named Marberis captured our hearts, after a long journey of two days, we were greeted with an open heart, kindly provided with separate beds (although there was one large one in the booking), and upgraded the room category (sea view), and then allowed to make a late check-out because we had a late transfer. All without extras. An excellent employee who knows how to capture the heart of guests.
The smells at the hotel are beyond praise. I haven't smelled food on the floors in a week. All the rooms are fragranced. Bed linen and towels breeze with comfort, softness and cleanliness.
The furniture in the room is excellent, the bathroom is stunning, the water pressure is chic, the hot water is high, there are all the necessary household trivia such as: scales, hairdryer, cotton pads, shower caps, etc.
The location is chic: there is a beach (loud and nearby quiet), swimming pool, lounge area.
To sum up, this is a great place, if you have the opportunity to stay here, take that chance and you will be surrounded by care and comfort.

One of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in. The staff is helpful, the service is fast, the location is excellent, and the rooms have been upgraded to suit the family. Suitable for children. There is a games area with its services, changing rooms and bathrooms for the swimming pool and a swimming pool. A swimming pool for adults has the drawback of the presence of some foreigners with indecent clothing, and the presence of Al Raha Mall next to it. The hotel has a very big advantage in that it has restaurants Lulu Hyper, with a corridor connected to the hotel and some stores, professional room cleaning service with speed, it is 15 minutes away from Yas Island by taxi at a cost of 30 to 40 dirhams, and the hotel provides free buses to the island at times of 10, 11 in the morning and 2 in the evening, as well as on the return, in short, 10/10.

Welcome and check-in was seamless with the surprised upgrade to Junior Suite for my kids and I. At the reception desk I chose to deposit cash for incidentals. I was asked for AED500, so I did but later realised that the amount was too low. Hotel is best advised to ask for more as soon the in-room services were asking for cash or card. Not a huge bid deal. One night I ordered cheese plater and all I received was an array of wonderful cheeses with grapes but no crackers. I didn’t bother calling to ask about them. I ordered the same a few nights later and behold the same order came with crackers. The staff from entrance to room to other sections of the hotel are absolutely wonderful. The location of the hotel is at the beginning of Abu Dhabi which is in close proximity to Yas Island. Frequent taxi rides to Yas Island were relatively lighter on the pocket. The breakfast offer was generous. There is the Al Raha shopping Mall next door, small but functional. For someone frequently Thailand for beaches, please know that the beach section of the hotel is in a creek. It serves the purpose of beach and sand but it is not breathtaking. All said and done, we would stay there again primarily for the location and service

Dear Mr. Mirza, Thank you for your detailed and thoughtful feedback. We’re so pleased to hear that your stay at Al Raha Beach Resort & Spa was enjoyable, and that your kids loved the upgrade to the Junior Suite! We appreciate your input regarding the incidentals deposit and will ensure that we review our procedures to better align with guest needs. We’re also grateful for your understanding regarding the cheese platter incident and are happy to know that the second time around, everything was perfect with the addition of crackers. It’s wonderful to hear that you found our staff to be wonderful across all areas of the hotel, and that you enjoyed our location and breakfast offerings. We’re glad you found the proximity to Yas Island convenient, and the nearby Al Raha Mall functional for your needs. Thank you for your valuable feedback about the beach area. While it may not be as breathtaking as other beach destinations, we’re glad it served its purpose for a relaxing time. We look forward to welcoming you back again for another stay! We had a wonderful family holiday here. The hotel room is beautiful and really spacious, enough space for a family of four. It is also very modern. We particularly liked the size of the bathroom! Because there was both a shower and a separate bathtub. The service in the hotel was simply great. Very friendly staff who did a great job! The staff were very courteous but not intrusive. We found it very pleasant that the rooms were cleaned during breakfast so that we could spend the children's nap in the room undisturbed. The room was cleaned well every day and the staff also made the children laugh because we were able to look at some towel animals. Big thanks to Lok and Raja. Another great service was the free bus to the various excursion destinations, which I unfortunately found a shame was that this bus was completely full, especially in the evening, and you literally had to sit on top of each other. Since the bus only runs twice in the evening, demand was of course very high. So we decided to take a taxi. It would definitely be better to change the plan again. We also really enjoyed the food at the buffet. The mix of familiar dishes and new ones was well-balanced and even the youngest guests enjoyed it. The staff in the restaurant were very accommodating and provided us with a baby seat. The service was also very good and we didn't have to wait long for the plates to be cleared away. The pool area was really nice and we particularly liked the children's pool. (The pool might need a new coat of paint soon, as it had come loose and sometimes got stuck on feet) The lifeguards were also very accommodating and paid particular attention to the children's area! The children's area/children's club was also great. We also liked the fact that there was a different program every day, but our children couldn't stay in the club alone because they were under 18, and communication was very difficult because only English was spoken. Nevertheless, we really liked the various play equipment even without entertainment. We were completely satisfied with our stay and will definitely enjoy another vacation here.

A very good but somewhat outdated hotel, which is in good shape.
The rooms in the new building are not as large as those in the main building, but more modern with beautiful views of the artificial bay or the pool side. Room service is excellent and daily fresh sheets and towels are self-evident.
The Sevilla restaurant offers a very extensive breakfast buffet. At lunch and dinner, various dishes are offered as a buffet, but also freshly grilled.
The concierge service, especially Edwin, does a great job and assists with the stay and questions. A free bus service to Sheik al Zayed Mosque, Qasr al Watan and Yas Mall complete the experience.
Check in and check out are no problem.
The only thing that needs improvement is the pool area. A large pool, divided into swimmers and non-swimmers, but without massage jets or similar. There is a private children's pool for the toddlers. Basically there were always 3 lifeguards on site. You can also swim in the sea. Unfortunately, the pool is only open until 8 o'clock in the evening and the area where you can swim in the sea, only until sunset, as it is about 19:30h.
I felt comfortable and would again take this place on business.

The most unforgettable hotel, the best vacation experience! Luxurious, spacious, exquisite, nothing to pick on!) we got a room overlooking the water with a jar, quiet, spectacular sunset. The room, everything at the highest level, cleanliness, temperature control, lights, huge bathtub, everything you need: gels, lotions, air conditioning, soft snow white towels, bathrobes, and very decent slippers, and the room also has coffee, tea, bottled water. Cool partition window, between room and bathroom, with button can be made matte or transparent. All hotel staff are very good-natured, always trying to help sincerely.

We did not like the room decor in the "new building" We found it strange for a 5-star hotel to charge for ordering a cutlery set. The AC switch position just above the end table was not comfortable to use, it was also without any backlight so impossible to see in the dark. The bathroom light switch location was too far from the bathroom door, it was oddly located at the room entrance. The sliding bathroom door was heavy and hard to use. Out bathroom door lock jammed and would not open from the inside, you needed your partner to open it for you from the outside. The "master" switch would not turn off all the lights. Overall, not a good experience, however, the staff were good.

Wow! if you're looking for old school Wes Anderson style opulence, this is it! From the very moment you arrive, staff are on hand to ensure you are greeted and welcomed into the arms of the hotel and it's family. Bell hop straight onto helping out with the bags which are then whisked up to your room upon check in. We stayed half board which was more than enough as the deposit taken on check in was more than sufficient to cover any extras we had during the stay and the rest refunded. All of the staff were amazing, always greeted with a smile, the chef who knew just how to cook my partners poached eggs perfectly...nothing was too much trouble. We asked for water to be sent to our rooms and before we'd finished our sentence, there they were outside on our little front shelf! Unfortunately the beach was closed off due to the damage from the storms, so everyone was in and around the pool, but even then, it didn't seem over croweded. The food was amazing, highly recommend the Molva cake, if you can get your hands on it! Can't wait to come back!!!
