Checked us into a non-smoking room on the third floor Deluxe view of the city on one side and the view of the mosque on the other side . Windows to the floor, room is large spacious bed one king size and sofa unfolds, resulting in a full comfortable sleeping space as a double bed. Towels were changed every day, bed every day, cleaned in the room every day on a great .We needed slippers and a bathrobe for the third person -added no problem.All bathroom accessories were replenished, good quality cosmetics (shampoo conditioner and body lotion) We had a kitchenette in our room, even once did not wash the dishes after us so it was washed for us. Breakfasts are very dignified and the cuisine is delicious. All fresh dishes from the chef are perfectly prepared. The most important thing for us is everything is clean and neat. Staff is polite and smiley .Taxi from hotel to beach 5$ beach is glad. The hotel is in a very convenient location and there is somewhere to go out in the evening will stroll.Many cafes small shops big supermarket and shopping center. Recommend for those who want to see the city do not disappoint it for sure.

I do not recommend the hotel. On the first day I had a problem with the shower, the bathroom, especially the box is very dark, there is no lighting. Last night the person who arranged the room did not fill the container with shampoo (hair and body wash) and when we requested brought us diluted in water. I also found the elevator very small for both guests and rooms. As the hotel was quite full it took a long time. I spent part of my honeymoon at this hotel, and honestly I should have opted for another.

Jannah Hotel Burj Al Sarab is easy to spot with the lights on its windows, differentiating it from its neighboring buildings, even during the day.
The Hotel is located at Al Meena Street and Al Zahiya Street, with a couple of bus stops nearby. There is also an open area with a lot of benches to its right and a mosque behind it. The area has a lot of restaurants, pharmacies, a laundromat, and supermarket.
Everything is quite accessible as it is located at what they call The Tourist Club area, so you wouldn't be surprised to see people of different nationalities walking along or arrive in groups of tour buses at the hotel.
Inside the hotel, you see the receptionists on the front desk ready to assist you, and you have the Tierra Cafe to the right and the Cocina Restaurant Buffet area to your left.
All the staff are quite friendly and I have gotten familiar with some of them during my month long stay so I would like to thank Krichelle, Shane, Eshani, Badre and Sheron. They are always quick to assist me during meal times and to answer mundane questions like which busses to take, shawarma places nearby, and how to properly eat unfamiliar food on the menu I'd like to try.
As for the rooms, it is quite comfortable and well-lit by multiple lights. The tv channels, though, are mostly in another language, so it's best to have a laptop for entertainment inside your room. If you like your privacy, they have a DND (Do Not Disturb) button that is displayed outside as well as a Housekeeping button so theyd know if you'd like to have your room made for the day.
The housekeeping is prompt and considerate - I'd also like to thank Nazmul for keeping my room clean and for accomodating simple requests such as towels, refills and extra water bottles especially when I felt under the weather.
The hotel has several amenities such as: the Gym which I frequent to after eating a lot at the buffet, the Jacuzzi when I wanted to relax before dinner and the Pool when I want to cool down during the day. There is a lifeguard always on stand-by if you have children as a concern.
There is also the Malaga Lounge, where you can enjoy the rooftop view, eat, and smoke Shisha.
If you don't like staying indoors, Jannah Hotel Burj Al Sarab is located minutes away from Corniche Beach, where they have lots of restaurants and seaside activities to try. There are also a lot of parks, malls and other different places to explore in the city.

I was here on an extended work trip I was put up in a non-smoking suite on the 8th floor The room and the services are very good for their competitive rates The location is downtown adjacent but not really downtown, so works well. The staff is friendly and helpful. A particular mention to the Mani Kandan of Housekeeping.
Some days the lunch/dinner doesn't excite me much but then there are eateries that may deliver to your room.

It took us a long time to choose a hotel, it was our first time in the emirates, so it was extremely difficult to choose. On the 3rd day I didn’t want to eat anything there anymore. Dinners were more fun, but out of 10 hot dishes, 5 were spicy (this is not possible to eat, as I understand it for people from India). The choice of desserts was also very modest .Drinks for breakfast included coffee, tea, juice. For dinner, water. And one more thing, it was very unpleasant when in one evening we decided to go to the restaurant for the second time to eat dessert, and we were told that only once. (no one warned in advance) About the rooms: normal rooms for this price, daily cleaning, personal hygiene products are also available, the rooms have a good hairdryer, and even an iron with ironing board. The staff at the reception desk is very friendly, always happy to help. The area of the hotel is not very good. Full of Indians, and quite dirty. All in all, it was a great experience, From the moment I set foot in the lobby; the floor manager Ms. Lamia, showed extra attention (she even requested the bellboy to get me a towel). Also, Ms. Angel & Ms. Karla went overboard to accommodate all my requests related to the room. I can't thank her enough! And the housekeeping team, including Ms. Rpuali, were accommodating & helped me enjoy the stay.
