A beautiful location on a private beach along the Abu Dhabi Corniche overlooking the stunning UAE's landmark, Presidential Palace, is just one of the highlights at the 5 star Bab Al Qasr Hotel & Residences. In addition, imposing architecture and Arabesque interiors complement the magnificent setting where luxury and contemporary comforts reign.

The rooms are spacious and very well equipped. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The spacious bathroom is separated from the sleeping area by a large pane of glass. The room service is first class. From our room we had a breathtaking view of the sea, the presidential palace and the luxury Emirates Palace hotel.
The restaurant has a huge selection of local and international dishes. However, there were no real culinary highlights. The selection of fruit and cheese is limited and hardly varied. The selection of alcoholic drinks is also very small and expensive. Two coffee machines at breakfast are definitely not enough, you had to queue regularly and either the water tank or the milk container was constantly empty. The service in the restaurant was friendly and helpful and mostly attentive.
At the pool and the hotel's own beach, the noise level was increased on 3 days due to the erection of a huge tent, but it was still acceptable.
Despite minor criticisms, the price-performance ratio was excellent.

Second time in this hotel. Likes very much, location, apartments, breakfasts and dinners super, swimming pool and beach, staff super, especially cleaning employee Michelle 😃 has always raised the mood 🫶 highly recommend this hotel, especially the building with apartments. It is a full hotel room, plus a kitchen with fridge, cooker, dishes, microwave and washing machine.

Excellent location of the hotel. We got a room on the 32nd floor with a view of Qasr al Watan and Emirates Palace, both are within walking distance. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast with a large selection of hot and cold buffet, fresh omelets with ingredients of your choice, sufficient selection of fresh vegetables and fruits (red melon, cantaloupe, pineapple...), 3 types of fresh juices (carrot, orange...) The furnishings of the rooms are typical for the location ( full-surface carpet, dark wooden furniture) if you want something modern, you should choose another hotel. The beach is nice and clean, the water in the sea is not satisfactory for me, helmets floated on the surface (foam), I would prefer a pool here. Towels available for sunbeds free of charge. A hotel with a relatively large movement of people, so taxis are always available at the hotel. Mhd stop right in front of the hotel across the road.

I hate to give this hotel only 3 stars because the staff there was so great. Every staff member I interacted with, from the valets to the front desk to the restaurants to the concierge, was very helpful and polite. They even gave me a small cake on my birthday. Truly 5-star service.
However, the hotel and room were disappointing. First, the location was not great. I travelled to Abu Dhabi with my wife and children. This part of Abu Dhabi seemed to be more of a business district than a family destination. Yas Island, which is about a 30 minute drive from this hotel, is a much better location for families. The "private beach" they advertise is a small strip of sand packed with beach lounging chairs that overlooks what seems to be a large man-made pond. The pool is an awkward shape and was always crowded. The included breakfast wasn't great. It had many options, but the quality was sub-par.
I booked a three-bedroom residence for 7 nights. The room looked NOTHING like what the pictures on their website show, almost to the point of being false advertising. The website pictures show a modern, bright, and clean room. In reality, the room was dark, utterly outdated, and there were stains on the rugs and furniture. The showers didn't have shower curtains so when you take a shower, water goes everywhere in the bathroom. I would advise management to add shower curtains. There were some ants in one of the beds. There was a washer/dryer combo machine for laundry in the room. But the dryer function barely worked and so we had to hang our clothes to get them to dry. I would advise the hotel management to include an instruction sheet on how to use the laundry machine as the symbols on it are virtually impossible to decipher (I had to do quite a bit of googling to figure out how to use it). They don't provide dishwashing liquid or laundry detergent despite having dishes and a sink and a laundry machine in the room. Housekeeping did not wash the dishes either.
At just under $500 USD/night, i felt it was a decent value and about what I'd expect to pay for the room given how large it is.

I had a fantastic experience at the Hotel Ramadan Tent! The food was absolutely delicious, offering a rich variety of flavors that truly captured the spirit of Ramadan. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a memorable evening.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, with special mention to Anita and Ali (the coffee expert), who went above and beyond to make the experience even more enjoyable.

The tent itself is spacious and well-designed, comfortably accommodating all guests without feeling overcrowded. Whether you’re visiting with family, friends, or colleagues, this is a must-visit spot during Ramadan. Highly recommended!

Absolutely! NOT a 5 star hotel and certainly not a "5 star luxury hotel" 😂😂 !!!
- Arrival and reception was good
- Hotel room OK
- Restaurant: very bad!! Dirty, old, the tables are not cleared, you rarely or never get a clean and prepared table, furniture very worn and not inviting! A normal canteen looks nicer!!
- Food: Breakfast is always very hearty, little to no choice of cheese/ham/salami or similar.
Lunch and dinner: always basically the same!
- Outdoor area: Tables for eating are not cleaned/cleared/served or similar here either - the food that guests take outside stays there until the birds help themselves to it!
- Pool area including pool bar: not particularly appealing, FAR too few loungers/sun umbrellas. The cleanliness here is also very poor.
- Beach area including beach bar: even worse! Loungers are broken, hardly any parasols (when we asked if we could have a parasol they said "they don't have any more" ??) Beach and sea access small puddles...

5 out of 6 days a tent was taken down which caused a LOT of noise and dirt and mess - no consideration for hotel guests!!

BROKEN and DIRTY sanitary facilities!!

The beach was closed for 1 day - the official excuse was the thunderstorm the night before - but the fact was that they took down the tent, there was also a thunderstorm at the neighboring hotel but the beach looked TIP TOP in the morning! No solution for the guests!! Towels for the pool/beach were not given out until midday that day - reason: no one is willing to carry the towels up from the 4th floor by hand!!

Summary: All-inclusive was not adhered to, on the 2nd day they said "out of stock" for the drinks we wanted ??!!

According to the booking there are midnight snacks, we didn't get them on site. All-inclusive always starts at 12:00 noon. Before that you could die of thirst ;)
We spoke to management several times about various things, they were NOT taken seriously!!!! We were NOT offered anything to accommodate us!!!!! - we got fruit and cake from the buffet (which was included in our all-inclusive anyway, by the way, sent to our room!) 😂
etc., etc., etc....
All in all, absolutely NOT recommended, we spent a LOT of money on a very bad holiday in a MAXIMUM 3 star hotel! - some impressions of what it actually looks like on site are attached!!

A wonderful hotel. Nice rooms, clean and large enough beach, excellent hotel location.
The sea is not for lovers of long-distance swims and depths, but for holidays with children is a great option.
We had a room with a view of the bay, but in my opinion it is better to take rooms with a view of the Qasr Al Watan Palace or Emirates Palace Hotel, because the views are more beautiful both day and evening)
Delicious dinners))) Wonderful evenings were set to live music by Rosario.
In the hotel the friendly and sympathetic staff, special thanks to the employees of the restaurant Nandar, Menuka, the employees of the reception, separately Chinara, always solved all issues promptly, thanks to Conoo, who always radiates friendliness, greets with a smile in the lobby and helps with luggage and taxi hailing) And special thanks to the cleaners of the room Jhak and Nay, always very clean, shoes were laid out in a ruler and each can was put in place:)
The rest was excellent overall. The only request is to replace the towels on the beach, some of which are already very shabby.

A nice hotel, really tasty food, I will dearly miss moutabal, very hospitable hostesses and waiters, especially Nandar, Menuka and a man whose name we don't know, unfortunately. Really friendly reception, thanks a lot to Chinara and others, also thanks to Konu who helped us with our luggage and always looked very happy to see us. Also we would like to thank Jhak and Nay who did an exceptional job cleaning our room, even put all our skincare bottles in order:) We also heard Rosario performing in the restaurant several times, it was really pleasant. The only thing we would like to suggest is that you change the beach towels, some of them are a bit shabby already. Thanks a lot, sorry for mistakes in names, if any.

Right from the moment we stepped into the doors of Bab Al Qasr till the moment we left the premises, we were amazed with the service minded staff encountered in every step.

Starting with the Duty Manager Ashustosh who checked us in, made recommendations for an improved stay experience offering us a studio at an acceptable variation to our cost of our original Superior room booking.

Artisan Kitchen Staff during Breakfast buffet service go that extra mile to ensure you feel at home, over & above the exquisite collection of varying food options. Zaahid, Zain & Deepak in particular made our visits extra special to ensure our family & in particular our little one was catered for to suit her needs / tastes

With its own private beach and a pool cafe service, it was a brilliant environment to relax & rejuvenate not to miss out on the suggestions made by Siva for sightseeing trips at Concierge. We ended up checking out early on Sunday with our Flight to depart early hours on Monday morning, we managed to catch a glimpse of Grand Mosque & Desert Safari in Sunset.

With our bags kepts safe, on our return we were able to freshen up again thanks to the resourceful duty manager Ashutosh who managed to ensure we had access to facilities required to prepare for our early morning flight post our evening desert rides.

All in All , the facilities at BAQ , Restaurants, Sheer Grandeur wows you but the staff in every department bring it to life offering that extra care & smile which is key to a memorable trip...We made some friends when we left within 2 days of walking in as guests...

Highly recommended option to stay in Abu Dhabi for a stopover or even a longer stay with family & friends...

The hotel is beautiful. Everything is big and shiny. The rooms are comfortable and well furnished. The hotel is as you would expect from the UAE.
The food selection is large. Lots of Arabic and oriental food but also sushi and European food. Drinks at the bar are very tasty but very expensive.

Everything went smoothly for us, we got our rooms in a few minutes.

The only thing that surprised me was the cleanliness of the room. When we moved in, everything was super clean but then it wasn't cleaned well. We had drunk beer in the room and there were round marks on the polished surface. They weren't removed in 10 days. And I had the feeling that the carpet hadn't been vacuumed once. But these are small things that had no impact on our vacation.

The hotel is in a very good location, many sights can be reached on foot. The rest is by taxi. Taxis are very cheap and the taximeter is always running.

You can pay in taxis with a card, just like everywhere else.
We were here during Ramadan, it was a very interesting experience. The only restriction was that we were not allowed to drink alcoholic beverages during dinner.
I recommend that women bring a few long dresses (trousers) with them so that their legs and shoulders are covered. Dress code is taken quite strictly. Also in many tourist attractions.
A little information: during Ramadan, many shops are open from around 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m., but they are mostly open until 11 p.m.
I will definitely recommend the hotel.

Beautiful hotel with a nice view! Location of this hotel is amazing you can have a walk around or get easily taxi to any location where you would like to go. You will enjoy your quiet vacation in this hotel even if hotel is full you will not feel it.
Two Night Shift guys at the reception were just amazing, professional and helpful (sorry I didnt catch their names, one of them was wearing burgundy color jacket and another one white shirt). Both of them met us very welcome when we arrived and one of them who was wearing white shirt did a check out for us like we were his regular guests. Thank you so much guys! Room attendant/hsk Sunil did a good job during all our vacation! Barmen at the Pool and Beach bar were good as well and always gave their recommendations.
Some girls at the reception during the day looks tired and stressful, I was talking with two of them and both of them just would like faster kick out guest from the reception. No idea why, as it was no line at all (as I’m also in hotel industry 12 years and I can see it).
Some days was problem at the breakfast with napkins, maybe is not enough for all guests in this hotel, as you must to ask to provide it to you.
Also If you will arrive around noon to the beach or swimming pool sometimes you will need to wait towels to be return from the laundry.
Design of this hotel is truly beautiful Moroccan style

Please ask to the desk, I'm a customer and can't answer from them if it's possible. Maybe have their a locker or at the concierge for that. It will certainly have extra charge if u don't take another room after. My advice, Call the concierge and ask them precisely.
