I always stay at IBIS, it is very comfortable and not expensive. You can't cook your meal nor eat outside meal in the restaurant área but you van ask for dishes, forks, etc to eat in your room. If you want to rest you should ask for a room at a top floor to avoid street noise and the music from a next door bar.
