Although the hotel is a budget hotel they treat you like a 5 star location. Excellent service. Great people! Real pleasure! I have stayed a few times while visiting friends and never had a bad experience. Great location. Near the busses, near the shops..Everything

Still lots of little shops and...

I was here for one week in July 2011. The best thing about this hotel was the location. Transmilenio buses are five minutes walk away. Plaza de Bolivar and museo de oro are very close also. The hotel room could have done with some modernisation but it was very clean and tidy. Breakfast was good here. The staff are very...

The service at this hotel was like a 5 star, the staff was very friendly and very available any time. I was treated like a family member with warmth and a great attitude very representative of the people I encountered in Bogota. The food was plentyfull and delicious. The rooms were very clean and I felt very safe there.

Sunday nights aren't a good night to walk around that area as there are lots of homeless, although we didn't really feel threatened. The rooms were not the cleanest and...
