Love this hotel! Staff is super friendly, our booking included breakfast which was very good and fresh everyday. Pastries, meats, hot food, cereals, fruit, etc. Amazing location we were right next to journalist park which is where our excursions met. We walked to monserrate, which was a straight walk for 10 minutes. Plenty of restaurant and bars around. College town...

Hotel very well positioned which also means hard to get into and out of due to Bogota traffic unless you do so early or late in the day. Stayed in a odd room that seemed to have a semi-permanent occupant who had left things behind. Some exceptionally pleasant staff and some fairly uninterested ones. Restaurant was fine. Clean and comfortable...

Noisy hotel A lot of noise coming from other rooms and a continuous beeping inside the hallway. Poor wifi at the rooms. They do not accept US dollars. Location OK if you will stay at La Candelaria. Would not recommed.

The hotel is very well located in Candaleria with just a short walk to the major sites: Plaza Bolivar, Gold Museum, Emerald Museum etc. We had a junior suite which was very well appointed with ample seating - a thing frequently lacking in hotel rooms. As usual our major complaint is poor lighting - very hard to read. Hotel staff...

We stayed here for a change after a few months in hostels. The room was not huge but good enough for us, with a comfortable bed, tv, desk and safe. Bathroom and shower were great. Breakfast was a nice buffet with hot local food, a selection of cereals, cold cuts, cheese and croissants, though in our 4 night stay it...

I unfortunately stayed in this hotel for 3 nights at the start of a national geographic journeys tour, returning for one night at the end of the tour. The rooms are small , dark , dingy, dated, and noisy. The beds are too short even if you're not tall. The breakfast is unpalatable and the staff are unfriendly, rude, and...

They say this is a 4 star hotel. Not sure about that. I´d give it a 3+. The hotel is at a good spot. The rooms have everything you need, inlcluding a comfy bed. But the rug on the floor is terrible. Wonder how much dirt you´ll find there... Friendly staff. Breakfast is not fantastic (tasty coffee though!), but OK....

On my first trip to Columbia I stayed at the Hotel Augusta, a very good choice. In the historic part of Bogota. Plenty of city walks and right out the front of the hotel, also a sub police station next...

The hotel caters for groups and business people but is fine for individuals. The rooms have no heating or air conditioning but are fine. The ensuite works well, the beds are a little on the firm side. Breakfast was good with an acceptable selection of foods. You had to ask for eggs as the possibility of these wasn't evident.
