Nice small, friendly and clean hotel and full of character. In a good location at the heart of Calanderia in a studiential lively area, with many coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Good value for its price.

We've stayed here a few times and in three different double bedrooms - all modern and very spacious with a private bathroom and filling breakfast included for 81000 COP/night. It was clean and comfortable, with nice furniture & decor, and great natural light. Staff was always around and very friendly (especially Sandra in the morning and Sandy at night!). Wifi...

We had a 3rd night booked after 3 nights out of Bogotá and got "bumped" to a sister property a couple of houses up the same street - hotel casa Guadalupe. So fortunate. This property is so much better (than Chorro de Quevedo - see other review) brighter rooms, more comfortable bed, less cost, fantastic day (Sandra) and night staff....

We arrived after dark at the hotel. The employee came outside and brought us to another door in the same row, she said it was the same hotel. We got the room next to the breakfast area / lobby on the ground floor. Which was noisy and had a louzy bathroom. We had to move to another room the next...

Some wonderful things about this place: Perfectly located, 5 minutes walk to all the tourist areas, very close to some excellent restaurants and some fascinating street art in the neighbourhood. Breakfast is pretty good, small bowl of fresh fruit, decent coffee, eggs and croissants. My room (402) was really spacious, had a cute terrace, the bed was comfortable. Staff are...

This hotel is in a very good location. You are in a charming area, close to restaurants, the gold museum, botero museum, casa de bolivar and monserrate. They make breakfast for you with natural juice and croissants which is good. They only provided us with soap bars, so bring your own shampoo and conditioner. The staff is friendly. I would...

This small boutique hotel gets good reviews on TripAdvisor and it is in fact a marvelous bargain. Great location (near Plaza del Chorro and the eastern part of La Candelaria). Spacious rooms and breakfast for a rock bottom price (USD $35 or so a night; breakfast is eggs of choice, croissant, fruit, coffee, tea and fruit juice). The staff is...

We arrived at 12pm without a reservation. Very friendly staff offered us a huge room with an excellent double bed. Together with the great location in Candelaria, breakfast and a relatively low budget it's definitely a go to place for a visit to Bogota!

Stayed 5 nights solo. The rooms bathrooms are massive (sleep up to 4 people) Clean, stylish fitout. Functionally perfect. WIFI, Cable TV. Breakfast tops! - Egg omelette, fruit, croisant, juice, coffee The location is very quiet. 20 second walk from "plazta del chorro de quevedo” (where students hang out on street and drink). Staff are lovely, especially Sandra. Great value...

Hotel Casa Guadalupe is a great place to stay. The location in the middle of La Candelaria is perfect. The rooms are beautiful, spacious and charming and offer a terrasse and a nice view. The breakfast is good and the stuff is very helpful and friendly. When I was sick, they took care of me and brought me tea.
