I stayed here for 6 nights attending a conference with 350 delegates. It is a very big hotel in the city. We were allocated a suite which was spacious with a big living area and a big bedroom and very well appointed bathroom. The bed linen was of very high quality. It can be very busy with several conferences going... More

Large hotel connected to a network of shops and eating places. Overall hotel looks and feels dated. Rooms are ok and clean but also dated. Meals were average. Coffee was very average. In summary an ok hotel that would need quite a bit of upgrade to bring it to the 21st century.

Facilities are good and staff are responsive to our requests. But I do wish they would step-up their game in regards to hosting large events. Food is good. Although renovated, you can tell the hotel's been around for a while. I like that it is large and has a great location.

It is an old hotel, which needs remodelling to coupe with the proposed standards. The toilet shows age in several aspects, including the poor work of faucets and shower. When taken a shower the water goes too hot or too cold depending on your neighbor, if they are using the shower at the same time you are. The service also... More

This is a good hotel, but a little tired in the lobby area and rooms. Very large and therefore popular for congresses since many people can be accommodated there. Breakfast is included and very nice at the restaurant, and the food for lunch and dinner are excellent. It's downtown and you cannot walk outside at night due to concerns about... More

I arrived near midnight just before a large group who were all attending the same meeting as I was. There was an oversold situation and basically because I didn't speak Spanish I got the raw deal even though I was in line to register before all of the others. About 8 of us were moved to the other tower which... More

For an international hotel, no one speaks English. No one knows what's going on, or where to send you. Not even the map they give you is good. The Concierge doesn't speak enough English to tell you anything. They forgot to tell me it was a national holiday so everything was closed. I arrived at night and ordered room service,... More

My two friends and I were traveling for fun and chose this hotel for its location, price, and the fact it had a pool. Upon checking in, we were informed where the pool was located. However, when we went to see the pool, it was closed with a sign that said it was under maintenance . We asked the hotel... More
