I thought the service provided was great and the hotel is priced right. Whenever I had questions, or needed help with something, like directions to a place I wanted to go, or recommendations on the best way to get there, they were always nice and helpful. Breakfast is included and I thought was always delicious. Might be basic in some... More

High quality service standards. Restaurant is very nice and it's location is very close to Bogota's main attractions, specially for shopping. Public transportation is very easy to grab a cab from the street and the hotel itself will provide airport shuttle.

Traffic noise can be a bit too much in the lower level rooms. This hotel costs about 1/3 of most... More

An overall opinion: Good hotel for a very short staying ...just that. The positive: Fairly located to restaurants, supermarkets and transportation. In fact, the World Trade... More

My reservation through Booking.com was for a king size bed. When I arrived at the hotel I found out there are no king size beds in this hotel. Instead I was given a double bed, but on the top floor with an incredible view. The next day I mentioned this problem to the manager. He was extremely apologetic and instantly... More
