Easy late night pick up with free shuttle to hotel from airport. Was flying out next day with family and got free shuttle ride back to airport next afternoon.
Room and washroom were spacious for family of 4 (2 kids 13 & 10). Room was very clean and relatively quiet. Tip, don't get room at end of hall, may hear some traffic or parking lot noise in morning (minimal, however).
Breakfast was great, great spread of local and North American fare. Eggs are cooked to order and bottomless cup of coffee.
Very friendly staff and check in and check out.
Highly recommend this hotel if overnighting in Bogota.

The location is excellent for travellers arriving on an overnight flight. Shuttle was prompt. Room was very clean and the bed was amazing. The grounds are well kept and the hotel has drivers to ferry you downtown at reasonable cost. There was no noise at all from the airport which is in close proximity.

Just had a fantastic hot stone massage by Karen Ibanez. The staff here are highly trained professionals that do a great job making you feel at ease. The spa facility as whole could use more room, equipment, updating. Over all I came out happy

The beds were untidy, there was a dirty cup on the table and the towels were unclean! I arrived at 11pm ,I was super tired and find that my assigned room was like this created dudes on its cleaning system. This terrible room was far away from the elevator and I was changed to a room farther, the farthest room. If a person arrive late night expect that the reserved room is near to the elevator if the request was said in advance...

We stayed at the Habitat hotel due to the location and free shuttle , which runs every 30 minutes. On arrival there was a representative as messaged by the hotel, who advised the next shuttle was 30 minutes, however we did not want to wait and got a taxi. The representative was quite rude at this point and said we couldn’t, we ignored them as we had waited a long time at the airport for customs / immigration. We arrived at the hotel to a line which due to the very inefficient check in process we waited over 50 minutes to check in! ( line was approx 7 long when joined). The room when arrived was dated, floor was in bad state, blinds did not work and drains flooded due to not working meaning anytime a shower was taken the room was flooded. On check out again very slow. The return transport consisted of a 6 person mini bus which we we lucky to get but half the other passengers had to wait an extra 30 minutes. Overall not the best experience and advise not to choose this hotel for convenience as there is none.

checked out in the morning and informed the front desk and housekeeper both to check the minibar items which I consumed. They will still not on my bill and I questioned about it and have been told that everything was covered. When I came to pick up my stored luggage and rushed to airport, they didn't give me the luggage and told me that I need to pay the items that I used! The questioned the same staff at the front desk what happened? I requested them to check everything when I checked out. She was absolutely rude. They wasted my time and I almost missed the flight!

I arrived to this hotel today January 19th at 5:00 pm. I needed to work and connect to the internet but it didn’t work. I called the operator and she said someone was coming to my room to fix my internet connection. No one arrived, I called again and no one responded. I went to the lobby and told the lady in the front desk that I needed internet connection urgently because I needed to work. She told me that someone was trying to fix it and then ignored me. It was 8:00 pm and the only person trying to help me was the bellboy. Later, an engineer came to my room to fix the connection

When I was cancelling my reservation over three hours after I arrived the manager came to explain what was going on. The engineer was super kind and helpful but it was already too late.
Why no one helped me out when I asked for help at 5:30 pm? No one but the bellboy was interested in helping me out. I needed to work. The manager came when I was cancelling my reservation. The lady in the front desk did not care at all. No empathy. Poor customer service.
It is 9:22 pm and I just arrive to my new hotel. I’m across the street in the Movich Hotel. Everyone was so nice here and the most important, internet works!
I’m thankful to the bellboy and the engineer. They tried to help but it was already too late. No one else care about people in that hotel. If you need to work, I’d recommend to stay elsewhere.

After a flight being rescheduled and all hotels full around the airport and spending a night in a lobby, Habitel made a day room available for us within 10 minutes for a very reasonable price, with breakfast. Many thanks to the staff. A comfortable room and a good morning of sleep was very welcome.

A great hotel not far from the airport and a short uber ride into Bogota town centre.
Pandemic Breakfast was fruit (pre plated and covered in cling film) selection of breads and pastries and eggs cooked to your liking.
Very welcoming staff (some of the only people on my travels I found who spoke English) and a really clean, nice hotel.

Hello, I arrived on a Saturday (very late) and left on a Sunday. The check in was open both days. I think they are open 24/7
Yes but you should make sure you request the service in your reservation , so they are there for you
the gym is free, only the spa has cost depending on your elections of massages .
