although we do not typically complain about our room; the first room's AC was faulty, they changed it for us; unfortunately the 2nd room had a strange musty/disinfectant odour. they changed it again (!!!) - and gave us one with a better view....no fuss, no problems. On a Sunday, we had a small medical emergency, and the hotel's staff drove...

Stayed 4 years ago and it was very nice and great service and facilities. Now the only English i heard was on the TV Star channel with subtitles. Not even CNN. Seems that the hotel has become an all Asian guest hotel. Still nice room and clean but not the same local feel. Did not see many locals and felt...

My husband and I stayed early this May of 2017 with our two little angels. We stayed in a Deluxe Town View. Large Room and Beds. Excellent Buffet Breakfast choices too. The only thing we didn't enjoy is the TV and some of the cabinets and drawers are super old. I can smell a bit of the carpet too. but...

Check in at the hotel was quick and efficient. The room was clean and had a balcony with a view of the Rock Islands. The bathroom had a shower over the bath - good water pressure. There was a fridge but no microwave. The hot water was available in the corridor with a flask was provided in the room. The...

We were staying opposite and popped in a couple of times to the bar . Very polite efficient staff . Drinks expensive. Bar food nice and reasonable priced - had chicken burger and onion rings . Atrium very nice and hotel very clean . Geared toward the Asian market judging by clientele. Can't comment on rooms as didn't stay overnight....

The hotel is centrally located and rooms/ambience is decent/functional. The kitchen and room service are closed between 1345h and 1730h. Again, no food is served after 2100h. The internet connection is slow but free wifi (slow) available on at the Weltz Bar in the lobby. The service staffs are superb and very accommodating. Breakfast is average. All in all, it's...

Nice hotel! Staff are very attentive and make great efforts to make a real difference. The rooms are huge with a balcony lending views of the island and nearby Rock Islands. Comfortable stay overall. Only down-side was the wifi-availability. Wifi is available in the lobby and bar, but you will be forced to "fight" over the bandwidth with the other...

Booked from the Hotel website. Response time was quick, thank you Elena! Although it rained throughout our 5 day stay, we enjoyed our breakfast and the Hotels bar and lounge, Joanne was very friendly and entertaining. Front desk staff was also courteous, I had to make a few phone calls and they were very helpful with contacting my customers for...

Stayed 9 days. Place is clean. Rooms are nice. Good bed. Showers worked great. Decent partial view of the Rock Islands 🌴. Breakfast buffet was mostly fairly good (lots of Japanese like food...a lot of their customers are Japanese, that's smart)...but you could always find something you like, there's lots of food there. The spa on the top floor was...

I had initial concerns about this hotel - but staying here turned out to be among the highlights of my trip to this island. My concern centered around it not being anywhere near a beach, which on a fabulous tropical island does seem odd. But due to the price I was able to get and the proximity to so many...
