Pretty little place. We unfortunately blew it and were there for LOW Tide :( Not much to do here but swim, sunbake, drink and eat! Food was absolutely gorgeous. Even though it was low tide, we swam in beautiful clear water, the coral sand glittered,...More

Easy island dining, swimming & relaxing. Quick ferry rode over to be greeted by staff. Use your ferry ticket to pay for lunch. We had the Vanuatu steak & lobster salad specials. Exquisite refreshing tropical meals washed down with local beers. An amazing experience.

Yes there is and there are so many huge starfish, sea cucumbers, marine creatures etc. My son loved it. There are dugongs on the opposite side but we did not see them. Low tide is a better time for walking the beach and exploring rock pools. Erakor does provide snorkling gear and reef shoes if needed (not in sizes for little kids though).
We were advised by one of the staff to spend the day at Hideaway Island as the snorkelling there is supposed to be much better with reefs and more colourful fish (we did not get there though).
