Nice hotel, great breakfast with lake view. Conveniently located close to a great restaurant. Swimming pool, beauty salon, fitness center. Honestly worth staying here. The staff is very nice. What else do you want from a hotel? I had a good time there.

It is a well maintained old hotel in Yangon. Rooms are decorated with new equipment although the rooms and buildings are old. But, the buildings are strong enough. A tennis court and pool are great (I would suggest more maintenance for pool. A big and silent park is really good for readers and joggers.

The hotel is made brilliantly bordering the Inya Lake. The view of the lake and all the lotus flowers blooming in he lake is very nice. However, if you are on business, then the commute to the business district itself takes half an hour and close to 5000 kyats in the cab. The rooms were nice and comfortable with the...

I have stayed for 2 weeks in this hotel in March and again in May. I think it is a superb location for a business trip, with ok wifi and a pleasant setting. Good food, reasonably priced and excellent facilities to do some fitness and sport on the side, are complemented by excellent staff. I will be returning there for...

Spectacular location by the lake. But thats all. Rooms are decent, and big. With open grounds view. Food at the restaurant is good. But nothing to write home about. Away from the busy town / downtown.

This hotel is a good age old elegant hotel. Everything seems luxurious. But the AC can't cool down the whole room while in the room. Breakfast is fantastic. Room service is fantastic as well. Hospitality is very good. Ballroom is supperb! We had event at the Mingalar room, it was so gigantic and have great potential. But afterall, the price...

Very friendly staff is running this huge Hotel in the center of the city, along the idyllic Inya Lake. Very quiet if there are no wedding parties or other evening gatherings. Somewhat old accommodation that has had its best years, but clean and fully operational. Compared to the prices downtown of other Hotels, it is reasonable and worth its money!...

Come with the right expectations. The hotel is old and tired, the rooms are in need of renovation as is the main restaurant. It would probably not be 4* anywhere else. But that said, it has a certain charm and the peaceful location by the lake is wonderful and enough of a reason alone to stay here. This is probably...

You can tell this was once a really Grand Hotel. Now it is a little warm but still offers very good value and amenities. Complimentary breakfast is excellent, with a wide selection. The pool, a bit of a walk from the sleeping rooms comma is huge and well maintained. A large Kitty pool is attached. the location is ideal and...

I was disappointed staying at this hotel, mostly due to the lack of proper Wi-Fi which was very important for me as it was a working trip. Overall a bit "old" hotel but rooms were nice and pool also. The food in the restaurant is not good, very tasteless so I hope they can improve this.

Dear Ms Rebecca, We regret that you had an unsatisfactory experience with the wifi which was due to an infrastructure issue with the service provider. Myanmar is evolving fast and there can be challenges that will improve over time We reviewed your hotel bill but were unable to find any F & B tickets and hence I was unable to...
