I stayed here in November 2015 while on a business trip. The hotel foyer is large and impressive. I had a spacious and comfortable room with a balcony overlooking beautiful Inya Lake. The surroundings are lush and peaceful, well removed from the bustle of Yangon city centre and great for a relaxed stroll. Food was excellent for all meals -...

Stayed at the hotel four nights in goal so far, not looking forward to checking bracket in at the end of a two week tour of Myanmar. Rooms are dreadful, tired and dull. Bathrooms are dire, tiled by a 5 year old. Bar is also awful, smoking is allowed, very few users as dead. Restaurant is like a school sports...

The Inya Lake Hotel is loved by most of our guests, the location is great, the atmosphere food and service is perceived very positively by most of our guest who are sensitive, appreciative and respectful. We do not claim to be for everyone Interesting choice of language though

We are at the moment staying there. The rooms are very spacious, the beds deliciously comfortable. Beautiful park, lots of birds, flowers. The views of the lake are wonderful specially at sun down. The swimming pool is a pleasure with comfortable loungers, a little paradise, so relaxing. The buffet breakfast is amazing and so is the brunch on a Sunday,...

Room good, water and TV good. Ac cold but they were having a cold wave. Some food was great and breakfast was as big a buffet as I have seen. Some food orders were not good. Go with the traditional Burmese fish curry. Great. Convenient to airport.

We spent our last two days in Myanmar at the Inya Lake Hotel because it is quite close to the airport. The hotel itself has been a present made by Nikita Khrushchev to Myanmar when he visited the country in 1958. The big building itself is not very beautiful from the outside, but its interiors have some sort of Soviet...

We still have a fondness for this hotel which is a tranquil retreat from what is becoming a traffic nightmare for those staying downtown. You can forgive the dated bathrooms because the water is always piping hot and everything is there for you. Comfortable beds, decent aircon, acceptable WiFi, good buffet breakfast and decent lunch and dinner menus. Happy hour...

If you are looking for a quiet place in natural sourrounding in bustling yangon, this is the perfect choice for you. It was our second stay in this Hotel and this time, we liked it even more. Only con is the outer appearance, but inside the hotel is nicely furnished, rooms are big and clean and the views over the...

This was our last stay at the end of a tour. The first hotel we stayed at in Yangon I wasn't very impressed with and did not have a pool, so I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. As it's an older building, it does need a soft refurbishment, and its a little far from downtown Yangon (taxis are cheap...

Generally well organized. But most equipment is old with medium maintenance level. More investment needs to be taken for upgrading to meet customers' expectation. Lovely panoramic view around lake and hotel is fantastic. Should a golf drving course be there,it would be great.
