Exactly as it claims on the tin. This is an excellent and charming old style colonial hotel. Away from the bustle of down-town on the airport side of town. Extremely good restaurant too. Good sized pool, great service.More

We loved this hotel so reminiscent of a bygone age. Polished teak floors, old prints and photographs and wonderful service. It is rare in having a swimming pool, very welcome after sightseeing in this hot city. We only ate breakfast there but that was delicious...More

There are tourists of all nationalities and faiths in Myanmar. If you are there to visit the country and enjoy the wonderful sights you should have no problems.

HI, i think it cost us 4000 to 19th street (BBQ street), the hotel to the giant buddha was 2000, the Sule was 3000
