We stayed here for one night. The staff were very hospitable and the location is quite central. The room was basic and had a slight damp smell but that was pretty common in all budget accom in Myanmar so it didnt bother us too much. Great place to stay if you are looking for budget accomodation.

It's not obvious to find good value for your money in Yangon, but this place was. Rooms aren not new, but they were ok for 2 nights sleep. Lots of stairs to do, be fit :) I quite liked the rooms on top floor (no aircon there) Friendly and efficiënt staff, location is also good, near Sakura tower.

The location is in the back of Sakura Tower, close to Sule Pagoda and Bogyo Market, conveniently located. The room was on the 3rd floor, cleanliness was reasonably clean, but because it has no elevator, it was not suitable for elderly people. Also, the refrigerator was broken, and the TV came out not to...

The place is near the train station and Sule pagoda. The staff is especially helpful and assists in any way possible. This is a backpacker style hotel, which offers rather cheap clean rooms. Recommended for people looking for a place to crash.

I stayed here twice, the first room was awesome, the second one pretty crappy. If you want a good room request #301 or #305. Those are the only two rooms that face 33rd street and they have awesome huge windows. I stayed in #301 and absolutely loved it! The bathroom was a little small but the room was big, huge...

Our most expensive place to stay in 3 weeks in Myanmar and the worst. A small, no, tiny room with barely adequate AC and a constantly damp feel to the bedding and our belongings by the time we left. We were in the last room on the 2nd floor, so no wifi in the room, we had to sit downstairs...
