The owner Kalya is a most impressive lady: kind, caring and very organised. she helped us organise our trip in Burma with good guides, secure vans, fun program. The hotel itself is her grand family home which has been converted into a hotel. it gives an inside view into Burmese lifestyle, all done to a truly high standard, prompt service,...

We really enjoyed the location of the Inn - a very quiet and peaceful neighbourhood, with plenty of art galleries, which was an unexpected bonus! We walked to Shwedagon. Coming back at night is tricky, though - so better take a taxi. We stayed in a family room, on the ground floor. The room was a bit dark, and the...

The area where the hotel is located is a welcome haven from the hectic downtown areas and we enjoyed reading on the patio after a tiring day of sightseeing. You need to get taxis to go to most places but the hotel can easily call them and the prices are reasonable. The common areas are very tasteful and, judging from...

We stayed here for the first few nights in Burma, and really enjoyed it. While it may seem expensive for SE Asia, it ended up being great value compared to the 3 other places we stayed at in Yangon over our 3 week holiday. Pluses: Hotel is decorated in a traditional style, has an outdoor seating area and lobby Spacious...

We were picked up on time from the airport by the car sent by the inn. Warmly welcomed and our room was ready early morning which was wonderful. We had room 203; top floor: bedroom bathroom and terrace. Simple but very atmospheric ; plenty of hot water and clean and comfortable. Big fridge and TV. Exceptionally helpful staff and owner...

We highly recommend a stay at Classique Inn, run by the incredibly efficient Kayla. I wasn't sure how to even start to plan an independent vacation in Burma. Trip advisor reviews recommended the travel agent services at the Inn. And then it all happened. The Inn is wonderful, in a quiet neighborhood. Too far to walk downtown but a cab...

Stayed there for two nights - one night at the beginning of a tour of Myanmar and one night at the end. We stayed in two different rooms but felt both were very small and expensive especially compared to the standard in other hotels within Myanmar. The breakfasts were good and also there was free Internet in the rooms &...

I always see what other people have said and then go from there. As regards the location yes it is in a quiet neighborhood on the north side of town but taxis are easy (they call for you) and cheap and really there is no better neighborhood and I have spent quite a bit of time here. Some of the...

This hotel is situated about 20 minutes by car from central Yangon so taxi essential and limited eating options except for Alamanda a French restaurant serving good food but with surly waitresses (only ones found in Myanmar). The service was friendly and helpful and the beds comfortable but rooms small with too much useless furniture. One has a kitchen but...

Stayed here for 2 nights based on Tripadvisor comments, and was not disappointed. It's a beautiful home in the Bahan region of Yangon, and the level of accomdation and service were both high. It's not cheap, and prices in Yangoon seem to be rising monthly these days as more and more tourist arrive, so my advice would be to book...
