Excellent location, a short walk to Myeondong and train stations. Their concierge was very friendly and helpful, especially Alvin Lee, who was very courteous and accommodating. We had a very pleasant experience. We will stay there again.

The room was much more spacious than expected, and the reception staff was very kind and helpful when we arrived much earlier than we anticipated for check-in! There's a convenience store right in the lobby, it's about a 5ish minute walk to hit the main street of myeong dong, and just a few minutes from the nearest train station, Euljiro 3 ga. If you're looking for a place away from the bustle of Myeongdong, but still relatively nearby, it's a good place! Very clean, and feels quite new as well. If I had to say one bad thing about it, the pillows are not comfortable at all, they flatten out really badly. Other than that, had a very pleasant stay! Gym equipment is also limited. Would definitely still recommend though.

Olivia was very helpful and allowed us to checkin early without additional cost. The room had 3 pin plugs and amenities were great. The beds were comfortable and we had a shower room as per our request. I like the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Will stay here again in May 2023

The hotel is near to many places and Myeongdong is within walkable distance from the hotel as well. A total of 5 convenience stores namely GS25 and CU are nearby as well making it even more convenient. We reached the hotel and planned to leave our luggages there first and check in at 3pm. To our surprise, Oliva was very kind to allow us to check in early at no additional cost as the room was ready. Our stay at this hotel was pleasant and would definitely go back.

Nice and convenient hotel in Seoul. Short distance to public transportation and sightseeing spots in Seoul. The rooms are of proper size, clean and equipped with need accessories. Good housekeeping and helpful staff in the lobby. Had some issues with the air condition, but will recommend a stay 😊

You won’t be disappointed and will be pleasantly surprised. Hotel looks tidy. Rooms are clean and neat. Everything in the bathroom works (yep, quite a rare thing this days), placed logically, good shower and water pressure. Good comfy beds with nice pillows and bedding. Staff is very helpful. Location is convenient to get from the airport by train and subway. Walking distance to lots of places in the city.

Our receptionist upon arrival is Alvin Lee. He and all the staff are very friendly and accommodative. The hotel is located in a very convenient location in Myeongdong especially since some of our tours had the Myeongdong subway as a meeting place and the street area is a walk away. Furthermore the area is quieter than other hotter spots with a lot of places for food. There are some tourist attractions which are nearby too. There’s also a mart at the ground floor which is great if you need to grab some stuff. The room itself is clean and spacious. The staff also attended to our needs rather quickly. Maybe can help with having a luggage bag stand / holder.

I reached the hotel very early and managed to get an early check-in thanks to receptionist Abby. She was very polite and helpful throughout the whole check-in process. Room is spacious and clean while the view of N Seoul Tower is nothing short of spectacular. Looking forward to my 9 nights here!
