You can take limousine bus no 6600 from Incheon Airport and drop at & Jangil Station and walk to hotel. It cost 15,000 Won. Last bus is 11pm. It take abt 1.5hr to reach. Plenty of restaurants around. Izakaya bar in the hotel lobby.

I stayed in this hotel for the third time. It is nice and clean. There are plenty of dining and shopping options close by. Rooms are clean and quite large. Unfortunately, the streets around this hotel are very busy with lots of traffic also at night. The hotel offers free earplugs, though. Close by (2km) is a nice river which is a nice option for a morning run. You can see birds and some deer there and escape the busy city for a moment.
Breakfast has only very limited options and the coffee is very lousy.

I’ve been traveling to Seoul on business since 2010, and I have had a number of very good experiences in the city’s hotels. Recently our Korean team moved across the city to a new office development, one with only one hotel in the walking-distance vicinity: The Hotel Park Habio.

This review is intended for you if you are a traveler accustomed to a solid-to-high level of service and features in Seoul hotels, and if your plans lead you toward the Hotel Park Habio.

The Hotel Park Habio has two things that I never thought I would see in a Seoul hotel: 1) teeth-grindingly slow internet service; and 2) a truly terrible breakfast buffet. Even when I’ve traveled here on my own, and stayed in lower-budget hotels as a wandering tourist, I’ve not experienced internet or food this bad.

I tried the WiFi in my room over the five days and four nights of my stay, in the hotel lobby, and in the breakfast cafeteria. It handles even basic email very slowly, and cuts out frequently, requiring a painfully slow re-connection. To get work done in the room during evenings and early mornings, budget double the time.

Breakfast came with the room, and it was bad. I’m not a picky eater, but ended up eating white rice and tofu each day, because the alternative looked like low-quality beef stew that had been poured out of discount-sized cans into the warmer. No fruit or yogurt or cheese. I don’t even like tofu. The first day there was a type of soy and garlic sauce that I could put on the tofu and rice to lend it some taste, but subsequent days that was not offered. Fortunately, there are breakfast alternatives at a Starbucks and Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf that are close by the hotel.

Outside of the breakfast cafeteria (06:30-09:30) there is no food available in the hotel, and they do not allow food to be delivered in. Forget working late with room service. In fact, forget eating late at all in this neighborhood. There are a string of restaurants down the block, but they have hours to match the office workers. A hotel employee sent me down the street to a particular restaurant when I was looking for dinner at 18:20. It was already closed, and almost all the eating places were closed. I did find one open that served me a kind of individual pizza and a tiny can of Heineken.

Please note this particular paragraph is not a criticism, because I am in Korea after all. But travelers accustomed to hotel staff speaking English in the large business hotels should take note that this staff mostly does not speak English. Most of the materials are in Korean with no English translation.

TIP: Be sure to have the address, hotel name and phone number with you when you arrive at the airport, with the hotel name and address also written in Korean. The phone number turned out to be indispensable, as the Hotel Park Habio is not well marked in this new neighborhood. My patient taxi driver drove me around blocks several times, and had to phone the hotel twice for directions.

PRO:
• Clean room
• Nice shower
• Comfortable bed

CON:
• There is no gym. The hotel offers free admittance to a fitness center down the street, but it does not open until 07:00, which is too late in the morning for me to work out and still get to my morning meetings on time.
• They provide a hair dryer, but the only place to plug it in is located behind the small bedside table that needs to be moved in order to use the plug.
• The room is lit by the equivalent of small flashlights shining straight down from the ceiling. For travelers who want to put on makeup, this lighting creates the facial effect of Frankenstein’s monster. I had no idea what I really looked like when I left the hotel each morning. I would guess that those wanting to shave their face would also have difficulty.
• Slow internet
• Extremely poor breakfast
• No other food in the hotel in addition to breakfast
• Few evening options for meals in the neighborhood
• Opposite side of Seoul from Inchon airport. My taxi ride was over an hour long each way.

I looked forward to the breakfasts every morning, which consisted of a simple buffet - rice, soups, kimchi, mashed and pickled vegetables, beans, salad and toast. It is a great way to ease into the flavour palette of Korean cuisine. The rooms are small and clean, and the staff were very helpful. The only negative is that it is about an hour from the city centre by subway, which adds a two hour commute to your day if you're looking to see the major attractions. Food in the area is limited, but underneath the building are a number of restaurants which are open til 10pm or so, which is good. I also highly recommend checking out the roller skating rink and cinema on the basement level :)

I've stayed with Hotel Park Habio for 2 nights. Hotel is good, full service and staffs are willing to help. Rooms is clean with full amenities that you can use for your stay. You can find the big Lotte shopping Mart nearby including the famous bubble tea shop. However, location of this hotel is quite far from the Shopping place.

Went there during a business trip. The overall is disappointing :
-The bathroom was not clean and the floor full of dust (no way someone vacuum the room before I check-in)
- Receptionists are not welcoming and barely speak English.
- The breakast is not good

The rooms are big enough and quite new I would say but the lack of cleanliness is unacceptable.

I stayed @ ParkHabio for in the basic studio(Superior Double, 1 double bed with shower booth) which was good enough for 1 person. Utilized the room and breakfast only.

Location – The hotel location was my biggest concern and was in fact a fair distance from the city attractions, that is to say quite suburb but easy to get to CBD by line 8. Easy to find.
Jangji station on Songpa blvd (Metro line 8) is a 5-6 mns walk away and it makes accessing the rest of areas in Seoul pretty easy and affordable.
There are always taxis nearby (which, if needed, can be reserved by the friendly and helpful front desk staff) and the bus station is literally across the street.
However if you want to go to the central area like Gangnam or Samsung, need to change line on the subway which requires a pretty long walk within the station. (luckily no need for Jamsil)

Facility – The property is new-looking and comfortable by first impressions.
The room was modern to the point of minimalism with necessary amenities provided. Not spacious but quiet enough to stay. The bathroom was simple and clean with good water pressure, and so is the complimentary toiletry. The vent also worked well. The positioning of the bathroom was a little weird though as it was right next to the exterior wall.
The wi-fi connection is reliable and free and the hotel uses an electronic key system.
Finally, the hotel’s common areas and lobby were as clean as clean gets.

Service – Bottled water is provided (two bottles), and the staffs are very friendly. They want to help. They are responsive to requests – calling taxis, couriering things, getting TV remote controller fixed etc. They also kept my bags in hold for me, when my flight was a late evening one. (even though they have some auto-locker on both sides of the front desk.)
The fitness wise was decent with some cardio equipment, free weight and legs weight machines. All equipment was brand new which is enough for a daily work out. It is, however, not in the same building with the hotel. (located on 2nd floor of separate zone)
Breakfast wise just okay (to me the food not to my liking: too simple assortment and not much choice). It starts from 7am to 10am.

Surroundings – There's a Starbucks next door and several convenience stores (24/7) available which is very handy. The basement level of the street mall contains a supermarket which is a full grocery store with plenty of imported products – all of which I enjoyed and used. There's also some good Japanese sushi restaurant in the area as well as a food court if you need it.
Agreed, it's not the most hip area in town, but the sound modern rooms with safe neighborhood offer a comfort, worry-free strolling which creates another home away from home.

Overall, a nice stay with a decent value for money! I would stay at ParkHabio again. This property gets the job done.

We were booked in this hotel last July 2019 when we attended EXO concert. The room while our package was economy was pretty cozy. Wifi was fast, breakfast was ok. Bed is soft and i love the sheets. We stayed for two nights. Checked in late last time coz of our flight.

This December we will be back again as part of the EXO Concert package again. I k ow the check in time is 3pm.... quite late if we consider our flight arrival.

Therefore I would like to ask if can request for an early check in. Will this cost us? If so, how much?

I hope Park Habio answers my inquiry.

Thanks
EXOL

Hello, Ammie: I took a taxi from the airport to Parkhabio. It's a long taxi ride, too. Unlike the hotels that are on the regular bus routes, I do not think this new part of Seoul has regular airport busses. Maybe some city busses run there. I am sorry I am not more help. Safe travels, and enjoy your trip to Seoul. Mary
