In spite of an upgrade, there are several basic things that were not working. Front counter was kind and responsive but the cleaning staff spoke neither English nor Korean. The place smells bad. It caters to budget tour groups.

Aircon was cool. Room was cleaned daily and water and juice and tea bags were replenished daily. And a hotel staff named Soy was super helpful, friendly, hospitable and speaks very good English. Location was alright which is a few blocks away from good Korean food and train station. Portable wifi available at the counter. But in case of fire...

The workers don't have the most perfect english but they're very helpful with any questions and concerns. There's a complementary breakfast and it's a fusion of both Korean and American. The location is close to the purple line train station and there was a conveoence store very close as well, various restaurants and store just a couple of streets away....

- bed is hard - smoking smell in the room - room is quite small and aged - aircon makes lots of noise - there's mirror above the bed, hence seems more like love hotel/motel + very cheap at less than usd50 a night that comes with breakfast. + helpful lady reception when we checked in at noon. She also...

Decor unbelievable.lime green and blue walls with a false ceiling. Plastic sheet under bottom sheet which made sleeping awful. Breakfast supplied but no milk for the tea or coffee. Catered for Chines tourists. Bus loads arriving late at night and loud. Would not recommend.

10 minutes walk from the subway station- Dapsimni. Exit 4 is the nearest but if you are coming with bulky suitcases, pick exit 7 with the elevator and cross the road. We stayed there for 5 nights in 2 'Twin 1 Double Bed-1 Single Bed' rooms on the 2nd floor. The rooms are clean, with huge TV, refrigerator, air-con, hairdryer,electrical...

We had five rooms on the second floor. The air conditioner of one room was broken on the first day. It started dropping water on the bed. We told the situation to the front desk. However, he told us that due to the holiday there was no empty room in the hotel and he couldn't do anything. After complaining for...

When I booked our trip to Korea, I wanted a hotel in the middle of the city. Well this hotel is in the antique shop district and is very quiet. Short walk to the subway and very accessible. The hotel is small, staff very helpful with tours and directions. Speak good enough English too. But the room has a certain...

The hotel is nice and clean, but room are very small, specially they say it is a double room but the rooms are too small for two people... Besides the size of the rooms the rest of the things are ok, they have a huge tv and a PC and a very cool surround system. The location is ok... 10...

We were put up here by our Korean Hosts (a Charity Organisation, with a budget limit). The Hotel seems to currently be under renovation. I am unsure if at first we had an old room 506, or a very poorly renovated room. It seemed like new paint, but the colour was a bright deep purple and a bright deep blue,...
