I received great help from Yeo Jin over the phone and decided to book our stay with them. It’s strategically located near the metro with tonns of food options nearby. As a family travelling with the little one overseas for the first time, we had a really comfortable and lovely stay here! ( the mattress and pillow are oh so comfy) All the staffs we met there were super helpful and friendly as well, thank you for sharing travel tips and directions with us. One little thing I’d like to note- the floor still seems to be a bit dusty after the daily housekeeping. Everything else is clean and neat :)

The Location of the hotel is in the heart of Hongdae and easy to access from Metro (exit No.9), shopping and many good restaurants surrounding the hotel. Staff are very friendly. The room is well designed and also family suite is also perfect for family with kids. If anyone who looking for a hotel in Hongdae area, here is one of the list you may consider to stay.

Conveniently located near exit 9 at Hongik University (Hongdae) Subway station, you will find this very nice hotel in the heart of Hongdae. The rooms are thoughtfully designed and well fitted out. Staff are attentive and go out of their way to help. Such a welcome change compared to the previous hotel we stayed at.

Yeo Jin is the best employee ever and the nicest! I really enjoy coming to hongdae in the weekends but mostly because I get to stay at the most luxurious hotel close to all the nightlife. My time at mercure has been exceptional and mainly because the person I mentioned is so professional and courteous!

I love my stay here. Started with friendly and warm service, to a room with a layout that makes sense and doesn’t feel too squished, to a location that has so much character, good food, shopping and travel connectivity! Highly recommended!!
