Excellent hospitality. The staff are amazing and very accommodating. Everyone is so professional. They made sure that our short stay in Seoul is as comfortable as can be. The facilities are well kept, clean, and classy. It really is one of our best hotel stays we’ve had in our many travels. Perfect location being connected to a mall and subway stop.

Staff are professionally trained and offered many travel suggestions to make the planning of our first Korea trip much easier. They also have great selection in the buffet, along with great swimming pool and gym. Room is decent sized and hotel is conveniently located next to temple and mall. The staff were first rate, courteous and willing to assist. Had a slight noise issue with the aircon cabinet and was fixed when I returned. I was out the whole day and back only late at night. Still housekeeping was good as the beds were made and amenities were refreshed. I had the king room so was spacious. Had a great view of the area and the city. OH! The buffet breakfast was fantastic. Too bad I have a small stomach or I would have eaten more, if I had more time. Do go early as the que gets long. The connection to Starfield Mall was convenient so food and shopping was not an issue.

Bathroom was abit rundown. Flushing system can be quite noisy and the shower head at the bathtub was not working. On the other hand, bed was nice and comfy. Breakfast spread is good but would be better if they were more changes to daily varieties.

Thanks to Steven at the conierge desk, this 7 day stay was a pleasant stay. He was always there to help and suggest and always with a smile, even with the face mask on. We had breakfast at the hotel every day, good selection of all we could trhink of and always service with a smile. Daytime spent after suggestions from Steven. Next time we go to Seoul we are definately staying at this hotel again, even if we found out that it was on the other side of the river, most places we went we had to cross the river by taxi. BUT we will do it again. if you would like to see an old part of Seoul, ask Steven or Andrew to send you to Hanock village. Long time since we have stayed in such a pleasant hotel . The hotel is ideally located. Plenty of parking available to receive guests hassle free, and nice lobby that gives enough privacy to set up meetings with customers. All hotel facilities are of highest standard. Staff is well trained and always doing their best to run the extra mile. Apart from business, there is a direct link to the shopping center with many eateries, shops and IMAX and walking distance from City Air Terminal

I have traveled extensively. The service I received at InterContinental Seoul COEX, was the best ever. The staff is exceptional. Very professional, caring, efficient, courteous, understanding, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Justine (or Jessica) at guest services was great! It was my first time in Korea and was unfamiliar with transportation to the airport. Everything was taken care of for me. Called a taxi and put my very heavy suitcase in the trunk of the taxi. Before I got in the taxi, I was assured that I would be alright. I recommend the hotel to all. It is THE BEST!!

The view from our room and the Sky Bar were a huge hit with my wife and I. Be sure to take in the temple next door and the massive mall! The staff was so supportive helping us plan our schedule and coordinating travel. Awesome experience.

Great hotel & good location, staff very friendly and helpful. I have been staying in this hotel for last 7 yrs, room is very clean, may be time to upgrade their mattress but still my best prefer hotel to stay.
