Hotel has good position in clean and quiet area, in front of hotel is bus stop where stops direct bus from/to Airport. Rooms are perfect, big comfortable bed, nice and clean furniture, big bathroom with bath and shower - everything shiny and clean (every day) Staff is nice and helpful, food very delicious. Only strange thing was Christmass decoration and...

I highly recommend this hotel. The staffing are amazing. We had a problem with our room a/c and the manager (Tom) solved the problem the best way he could. I would definitely return to this hotel. The concierge was very attentive. The property is close to the subway.

First impressions of this hotel are amazing. The Christmas decorations were stunning and the lobby was truly beautiful. A very spacious and spread out hotel. There are three restaurants catering to all tastes and live music in the lobby every night. There are specialised shops including flowers and suits. There is a spa which we did not visit so I...

My friends and I got a corner suite for my birthday! The service here was awesome! The staff prepared everything for us 4 ladies for our convenience. I would definitely come back! It has one king bed and two bathrooms. We were located on the 15th floor and had a city view! Loved out stay

My experience with the Imperial Palace hotel was lovely, thanks to it's excellent staff and top notch room. This hotel offers a high-quality restaurant for travelers that can't afford time to go out to grab a bite that albeit a bit pricey provides it's customers a safe and easy place to eat. Specially for people who are not fans of...

Lobby is a little garish, rooms are OK. Bed is a little to form, bathroom is ok, apart from shower overflowing. Toilet is one of those excellent Japanese all singing all dancing ones. I still prefer international brands though.
