What a sensational experience! From the arrival to the departure the next day! the warm welcome, the service and the quality of the room were just incredible. The service in the club Intercontinental was warm and courteous, the quality, the presentation and selection of the food in the club lounge was incredible and simply perfect. Only one regret! we only stayed one night! But for sure we will be back.

Staffs in Hotel Parnas always very smily, greet everyone they see. Front desk staffs are very helpful, polite and patient. They always smiling and try their best to assit all our query. We felt very welcoming. The room is big, clean and beautifly. Tiolet has bath tub, rain shower and all the neccessary items. House keepers done her job well and organize my items nicely, easy for me to locate and use. They keep clean of my room. Thumb up :) Overall, I love to stay in this hotel whenever i come here. Thanks to all the staff of Hotel Parnas.

The service here is impeccable. I have used Intercontinental all over the world, but I have to say that the Parnas in Seoul is the absolute best. The team helped me book dinner reservation prior to my check in! They accommodate above and beyond for the Ambassador members, and upgraded my room before I got there. They communicate with you via email prior to check in to see if they can help with anything prior to arrival, and once you check in, you are really in good hands! I can only compare their level of service to one other hotel chain in the world, and that’s the Four Seasons. The location is beyond perfect as it really doesn’t matter if it’s a rainy day, since they are connected underground to COEX which is the largest underground shopping center in downtown Seoul. I have used the Parnas over and over and will continue to do so. They have recently went over a makeover renovation and the rooms are highly modern and luxurious.…

We chose this hotel for the convenience of being linked to the malls directly as it was just for a short stay, and we didn't need to get out in the cold with all the winter jackets etc 😀. Bed was super comfy and it was great that the curtains are super thick blackout ones as our room face a big LED screen. Highly recommend for a short getaway/transit.

My recent stay at the Intercontinental Grand Parnas in December 2022 was beyond my expectations. The hotel itself was spectacular, the room was clean and spacious, and the service provided by all staff was friendly, helpful and made my stay feel like home. Two staff in particular stand out for their dedication and friendly service. These two employees went above and beyond to make my stay at the hotel a wonderful experience. De Yeon Kang made me feel very welcome at the Club lounge. Her warmth and friendly charm was felt from the moment I came to the Club lounge. She was engaging and friendly and truly engaged with me every time I met her. Andrew Yoon also deserves to be acknowledged for his great service. He went out of his way at the Concierge desk to help me to book a ski day. He took time to truly understand the trip I was wanting and helped with every aspect of the booking process. He really helped make my day trip a very memorable experience. My stay at Intercontinental Grand Parnas made my vacation in Korea so enjoyable. The staff truly made the hotel feel like “ home” .…

Excellent service, thanks to Andrew (the concierge crew) and ideal location for luxury shopping with The Hyundai just next door and other consumer shopping at Starfield and Parnas Mall and connected to train station. It is also one of the most spacious rooms compared to other hotels I stayed in Seoul! Super love this place.

What a wonderful hotel! Everyone was so nice and helpful! The accommodations were beautiful and comfortable. The location of the hotel was great- close to a subway stop. The hotel itself is located over the Parnas mall which connects to the COEX mall. It was nice being able to go to the COEX mall without having to go outside as we were visiting Korea at the coldest time of the year. The hotel was decorated beautifully for the winter holiday season. There was so much attention to detail- different chargers for your electronics next to the bed and also upon check-in, the front desk personnel presented us with a cake for my daughter who they noticed had a birthday just a few days before. That itself made my daughter’s day! I hope to come back and stay at this hotel the next time I’m in Korea.…
