My friends and I were so upset at this hotel that we almost left upon check-in. We ended up staying for one night but it was a very unpleasant experience. I found out by visiting the room where my friends were assigned then realized mine was by far the worst. So I requested to switch to a room on the...

Location was good - there is a stop for the KAL Limousine bus immediately outside hotel. Rooms are poorly laid out. A premier room for example has no cupboards or shelves to put away clothes and very few hangers in the wardrobe. The towels in the bathroom are generally threadbare. There is no atmosphere to the hotel and it is...

Reservation made in August by e-mail, but never confirmed. Mailed back, no answer. Called, but receptionist had difficulties with English, and asked to send e-mail. Again. Finally, reservation was made via a local colleague. Location is good, approximately 70 minutes from the airport, easily accessible by airport limousine (bus). In the heart of a business district. Due to all reservation...

Ramada Seoul has a great location. Within walking distance of Coex Mall, Gangnam , and several other upscale landmarks. Very close to Subway. Staff is very courteous and very professional. Unfortunately, the rooms are in serious need of repair and replacements. The carpet should be the 1st to be replaced. Painting is also urgently needed. Variety of foods available, at...

Very close to Coex mall and near by subway... Rooms are spacious but need to upgrade the interiors. Best place to stay in Seoul for personal or family visit. Vegetarian breakfast is very limited and very supportive staff. Only few staff know to speak English.

I know this is a good hotel I've stayed in them a few times but this didn't start well ! Top tip! If you don't have a credit card don't let the hotel make you pay a huge deposit for the mini bar, I've left £50-100 before but the receptionist hit the calculator and came up with 250000 won nearly...

The hotel has a great location walking distance to the upscale streets of Gangnam and right beside the subway. However the rooms need a desperate uplift. Condition is old and worn. It is clean though. I had the standard double room. Tip. If you want a good Korean bbq loved by locals, try the one across the hotel called Korean...

Very strategic location. Metro station close-by. Airport bus stop right at the door step. Convenience Store right across the hotel. Room size is OK. However, the bathroom needs a facelift. Black mildew can be seen in between tiles. Breakfast was very good., sufficient choices.
