Normal hotel located in a nice area of Seoul with many hotels within a few blocks of a shopping center and the subway, nearby there were many businesses and cafes. We stayed there for three days and the hotel was really very nice, the rooms were large and comfortable, they had a safe, electric kettle and cups to drink infusions. They had a large bathroom with a bathtub and amenities. Breakfast was served on the first floor, which was not very varied but was delicious and complete. The wifi worked very well. In several areas of the hotel there were hot and cold water dispensers, on the ground floor there were computers and vending machines. Very friendly and cordial staff.

Very good customer service, and nice hotel environment. Room is clean and spacious, and amenities such as shampoo and body wash was provided as well. There is also a laundromat for you to wash your clothes, and the cost to do the laundry is cheap.

Hotel Skypark in Seoul exceeded all expectations with its outstanding service, prime location, and excellent amenities. Upon our early arrival, they graciously stored our luggage and surprised us with an early check-in option. The hotel's central position made it convenient to explore the city's top attractions. Positive notes: The location was ok: there is a subway stop nearby and you can also walk to the Dongdaemun Design Plaza and everything that surrounds it. Relatively close, two bus stops away, is also the Gwangjang Market.
Negative notes: The room did not reflect the photos (the bed was attached to a wall, so it was difficult to get out of it comfortably, and the bedside table was missing). The absence of a remote control to regulate the air conditioning, the absence of a light switch and a power socket near the bed are really annoying. But even more absurd was having to wake up because of the proximity light in the entrance, which turned on every time we entered its range of action (for example when one of us went to the bathroom during the night). The hotel check-in system is preferably self-service, although there are those who help if necessary. I didn't like the lack of courtesy on the part of the concierge, a middle-aged man who was at the door, by whom I was treated with disdain, especially when checking out. There is a laundry "service", all for a fee (from detergents to the use of the machines) and self-service: another thing that I didn't appreciate, especially considering that in another hotel in Seoul, which cost less, everything is was offered free of charge. I think we should understand that standard rooms keep hotels running just as well, if not perhaps even more, than the few suites or luxury rooms and that therefore the customer should still be treated with due care. The room I got wasn't exactly at a low price and I honestly expected more.

The hotel location is very strategic with lots of convenient stores and restaurants, and even a subway exit. Our room was clean, and made up daily - Housekeeping made sure we had towels, water, and toiletries replenished as well. However, as a hotelier myself, it was easy to say that the front desk agents who assisted us during check-in and out were not approachable.

It's clean and the staff are friendly

There is a vending machine for toiletries on the first floor, so if you don't bring your own,
You can purchase it right away and there is a self-check-in kiosk.
I think it's efficient because there are 3 machines so you can check in quickly and non-face-to-face without waiting in line.
Because it is a cost-effective place, many foreigners seem to visit, and there is a cleaner in the lobby on the first floor who cleans the lobby regularly and keeps the lobby clean.
I was impressed. There is a convenience store nearby, so you can purchase the items you need right away. I received good service that was not much different from expensive hotels.

I wanted to eat some local food with my friends, so I was looking for a hotel around Dongdaemun and found this hotel ☺️ I knew it was a good value for money and it was part of a famous hotel chain, so I decided on this hotel right away! When I actually checked in, the front desk staff was very friendly, and although the room wasn't too big, it was enough for two girls! The limousine bus stop from Incheon Airport was right across the street, so it was easy to access from the airport!

The attitude of the all male dominated staff needs improvement. Zero service attitude and no room to request for early check in. Check in via the self check in kiosk. Given a ticket for lift access and room access. No idea why some guest are provided with room card. Assigned 1315 and next to lift and room with no sound proof door at all. Guest smoking in toilet, the smell came thru the ventilation. Amazing how that can happened.
Location wise is great but no restuarant nearby, need to walk perhaps 15-30 mins to Dongdaemun shopping area.

Excellent location - across the road from an Airport Limousine (6001) stop and also close to city bus and rail stops. Several convenience stores within a few minutes walk. Rooms were well appointed and immaculately clean. Breakfast available in their dining room, as well as a microwave for heating your own food and a coin laundry for guest use (including a note changer). Would highly recommend staying here!

The Skypark hotel Dongdaemun I has a great location that is close to a lot of great places in the city. accessible by both taxi and local public transportation options. The reception is covered by wifi which is very convenient during the travel.
