4 nights staying in this hotel when my short vacation to korea. Friendly reception staff, clean room. The room slightly small but more than enough for 2 people. The only problem is that we cant control the air con ourself due to winter season, sometimes might feel warm inside room. Request a fan from reception and open the window wider then problem settled.

Hotel rooms are small and with 2 twin beds, hardly any space available. And stayed during the Christmas week so rates are rather expensive. But location is quite good, near a train station within minutes and also buses round the corner. Also the taxi fare to airport not that costly around S$60+.

Staff was extremely helpful as she explained to us how to get to the airport for our flight and helped us reserve a table at a restaurant. Hotel is located near the metro station and the stay was comfortable in general. However, the room may have a stale smell at times

I originally booked a 1 week stay. Each night for the first 3 nights I had to switch rooms due to mold. The room that I was originally assigned smelled like mold throughout the entire room. It was so bad that it was hard to breathe. It’s unacceptable for a supposedly 4 star chain establishment to provide such repeated poor rooms. 3 times I switched rooms, all 3 times I came back to the same mold smell. It’s unacceptable. This hotel has a major mold problem and needs to fix ASAP

The location of the hotel and the interest and relevance of the employees are very good.We checked in late, the receptionist 2 ladies were very friendly and very helpful. Special thanks to them. I can recommend for everyone.The breakfast buffet is successful, but since we do not eat pork and similar products, a separate small area can be created. This is an important detail.

Really cost-effective but high-quality service. High flexibility for a check-out. Very quiet and cozy. Also enjoyed the cafe's breakfast. Highly recommend ed place to stay if you visit Mapo/Gongduck area.

When I visit Seoul, I often stay at this hotel because of the convenient location, the clean and cozy rooms and the reasonable price. This time I arrived a bit earlier than the normal check in time, but I was let in the room. The front desk clerk, Mr. Jun Kwon, was very helpful.

Cozy room, good customer service. There are many restaurants around the hotel and are easily accessable by walking. We asked for extra towels and extended stay for the morning, the staff was kind to our needs
