Rooms are small (we do know when we book, the location is good). Service: CMI, we requested a few items via Agoda booking, (ie, connecting rooms, extra pillows) with simple requests. We were given the same floor (they may not have connected rooms, but would appreciate it if they provide next or opposite rooms). No extra pillows, when we call room service, they mentioned they do not have enough pillows and would send us the next day when others checked out. The next day, called again and no extra pillows, reasoning: no extras in the housekeeping (their pillows in the room are very flat). TV not working in the room, for some reasons, the source has veen set by default to hdmi cable ( this is easy to solve by ourselves, but it just does not go to TV mode) called room service again, 1 "engineer" came, can't solved and he called his colleague. solved the TV but did not tell us the.. how to. (the hotel used the term engineer). But the next day, same TV issue again! This time, front desk said he would check and call back, but with no availed. No toothbrush, no mini bar (we are ok with this). no aircon during march, need to open the window for cool air ventilation. But if your room with the "wrong" facing, you might get oily air pungent in the room. No refill of shower cap. Verdict: stay elsewhere. There are much better service hotel in Seoul. They do request for your credit card for deposit here. (I use present tense, that's because we are still here).

Value for money. Hotel is well located near subway. Room is clean. However, house keeping service can be improved, bath towel was replaced wrongly with hand towel. Coffee cup was not cleaned if it’s not placed in toilet. One power point was faulty. Other than these, overall, it’s a good stay. Staff are polite and friendly.

Hotel is right by Lotte Young Plaza mall and across myeongdong street with all the street food and shopping around it. It is about 10 mins easy walk to Euljiro 1-ga train station. 7- eleven, korean brand convenience store, starbucks, coffeebean cafe and other korean restaurants all around hotel area. Room is standard double bed but please take note it is actually for one person. Small bathroom could only fit one person. No room to fully open up luggage. There is ONLY ONE power charging point socket right at the writing table. If have more than one gadgets, it will be extremely inconvenient and a hassle just to charge everything. If two person, please do not book this room.

My friend and I stayed from 11-16th October 2022. First the good stuff. The location was perfect. Staff were helpful and room was clean. On our 3rd night they ran out of bath towels. They gave us one bath towel and 3 hand towels. When I insisted on getting a towel they said they will give us one in the morning when the laundry delivers (no time). I was livid because this was a hotel and towels are basic. They found one that night. The following night - the same thing happened. So what happened to the laundry delivery? I did not bother to complain this time but it was a big point against them. Bring your own toiletries. the amenities were not good. Shampoo, conditioner and bath gel were 3rd rate and felt like they were diluted. So I guess I'd give it a fair rating.

I’m currently staying at Crown Park Hotel in the heart of Seoul. This hotel is situated in a quiet area of buzzing Myeongdong. The staff is very nice and helpful and everyone here is very professional and friendly. The gentleman who checked me in spoke perfect English, and even those with zero Korean language skills will be absolutely comfortable here. The level of cleanliness is impeccable and they provide you with two bottles of complimentary water everyday. This comes in very handy, as it is very hot these days. I booked an entry level room, which is perfect as I’m a solo traveller who is mostly out and about, but a couple may want to consider a higher category as it is not very spacious. I do love that the bathroom comes with a tub, which I certainly take advantage of after long days of sightseeing. Currently, their restaurant is closed as an aftermath of the pandemic, which is a shame as I’ve heard great things about it. As traveller, this shouldn’t put you off, as there are many eating options around the hotel (all the reasons more to try Myeongdong food market). For any midnight snack cravings, there is a small convenience store right next to the hotel. The nearest train is a two minute walk away, and super easy to reach. Within less than a minute of walking distance, there is also Myeongdong underground shopping with a multitude of touristy souvenirs, kpop franchise, clothing, suitcases, and daily needs. What I loved was that an European, I didn’t have to worry about adaptors because the electrical outlets are the same. I will definitely return to this hotel upon my next trip to Seoul, which is already in planning, as this city is too amazing and too culturally rich to only visit once.

Good price, great location. The hotel itself was average at best. Overall cleanliness and amenities were good. However, wifi was pretty terrible and spotty. The sheets had a literal hole in them. One of our lights wouldn’t turn off (which we discovered after a long flight) but maintenance was pretty quick to show up and just remove the entire fixture. If you’re just looking for a safe place to sleep in a perfect location, this is a great stay. If you want a bit more out of your hotel, you may want to reconsider.

I stayed at the hotel during a vacation with family in July 2019. The location is superb for tourists, Just a 5-minute walk to Myongdong shopping area and there are entries to Sogongdong underground shopping center next to the hotel. Lotte Dept. Store is just across the street. The hotel is also very near to Seoul tourist attractions, such City Hall and Namdaemun. There are a few subway stations nearby and around the hotel you can many coffee shops (incl. Starbucks) and restaurants. A little note to those with cars: Finding a parking space seemed to be a rather challenging in the neighborhood. The hotel atmosphere is modern and clean. The staff are very helpful. We checked out after a few day stay and then rechecked in again 3 days later. Our rooms were immdiately upgraded upon our return. Very good customer loyalty program! A special mention of Mr Zechariah Kim, the Room Division Manager. We really enjoyed our chats and his accompaniment at the lobby downstairs. :-)

The Crown Park Hotel in downtown Seoul was an excellent location and hotel for the four nights we stayed in town. It was super easy to get to using the Korea Air Bus right from the airport. They will drop you off at the Westin Hotel which was just half a block away. Getting back to the airport was just as easy and cost approximately $16 per person each way. The rooms were very comfortable, the shower was excellent and they had good elevator service for the many floors. We did not have breakfast included so I cannot comment on the food at the hotel. The location is fabulous with lots of places you can easily walk to, or you can quickly get on the subway to be anywhere else in the city. The hotel is in the heart of the shopping district, which seems to be the primary activity of Koreans from what we could tell. Almost everything except prescription glasses (which they can make in an hour sometimes) cost 25% more than the comparable item on Amazon in the US.

My group booked 4 rooms. Although we requested for just one PWD room, they gave us 2 , which I don’t know why . Lobby - on the 17th floor , where reception also is , quite modest , but not that grand or spacious Breakfast- buffet on the 17th floor has a nice ambiance feel to it , but not that extensive in selection, it varies on the 2 days , day one was a hit , day 2 was a miss WiFi - fast and complimentary , it’s cool Room- I took the cudgels of taking the PWD room , it was really small , I had a claustrophobic feel to it , a double bed that felt like a single , so 2 adults and a toddler felt cramped , I will upload a sample of the family room photo . Amenities are ok. But toilet has no bidet spray. Location- biggest asset . Across the street, from Lotte department store . Convenience stores abound , several of them . Connected by an underpass , is the access to Myeongdong shopping street which has everything under the sun. Staff service: those in front desk are considerate of simple request. Special mention of Jacky Kim , manning the ground floor , he went beyond the tour of duty by personally returning the wheelchair of my mother in law to where we borrowed it. And the lady staff I’m sorry they forgot her name. She’s the one who facilitated the borrowing.
