The location is excellent, but it's the only good thing, otherwise it's horrible only, prices jumped up nowadays there , no reasonable excuse, It's a two stars hotel!!breakfast is not well prepared , and is offered without a smile Some of the staffs are very friendly, almost all , but some are not, even some are aggressive, one of them shouted at me when I asked him a simple question The view is good , but u have to get a suite to get the view , and don't ever book in a low floor , as u will not be able to sleep since the traffic noise is too loud , in addition to the fire works that might be made almost daily I used to stay there whenever I visit cairo, but this was my last time with them

Stayed with wife. For some post graduate exams in a nearby avenue for about a week. The hotel site is excellent. Right in the middle of the city every thing is nearby , the view is excellent always ask for a Nile view. Is cost effective. The street noises are non tolerable so always try to get a high floor room. Price difference between suits and rooms is not that much so I recommend the suits. Take care it's a two stars hotel. No maintenance at night. No trained staff and do not expect hospitality of high quality Breakfast is trying to be continental, not very good. I don't think there is availability to make other meals here

this hotel is very nice, i stayed there for a couple of days. it was very comfortable and felt like home. the area surrounding the hotel is nice and good to take a walk in, also there's a cinema close by and a nice boat restaurant in the nile. you can also sit on the bridge on the classical small juice/tea booths and enjoy the view in a cheap way.

I stayed at Nile Garden Hotel, on the banks of River Nile, during my stay in Cairo this September-October. The hotel is well located, close to the river and not far from a busy locality of Cairo, the Manial Main Road, which is within walking distance of the hotel. The University Bridge over the River Nile is a few yards from the hotel and is an ideal place to spend your evenings, strolling around. Qasr Al Ayni hospital and its attached medical college is not far from the hotel - in fact, my visit to Cairo was connected to my business at this hospital. The hotel is reasonably clean and well maintained. And, the hotel staff are courteous. At 145 Egyptian Pounds per day, single rooms are a bit costly. However, with breakfast thrown in, it turns out to be reasonable. But, for some reason, the hotel management has fixed a uniform rate for single rooms with or without attached bathrooms. This means that you have to shell out extra bucks for less facilities. If you like Egyptian food, there is no dearth of food outlets nearby. However, if you are particular for your own ethnic cuisine, you will have to go hunting in the center of the city. Overall, I would say that this hotel is reasonably well priced, neat and located at an ideal spot in Cairo.…

This is a small hotel. Nile river view is unbelieveable. Clean, but if you are picky this is not the place for you. We got for about fifty american dollars a day a room with 5( as in five) twin beds (split into 2 sleeping areas) dining area with full size fridge. Private bath with shower only. Is air conditioned. Breakfast is included............consists of eygptian breads, pastries, boiled egg. Tea or Nescafe. They will bring to your room or you can go to dining room. The room was cleaned daily, but if your sheets are clean they might have a cigarette burn in them. Staff is kind and protective of guests. Plumbing is bad, but if you are patient you can deal with getting shower water temp right. At this price you can't beat it and I will stay there again when I go back next year. The location is central to everything and grocery stores nearby are at local not tourist prices.…
