i have stayed at this hostel and spent good time there . very clean and comfortable rooms . two common area to meet your visitors . the staff is more than helpfull . you can go and come back anytime as the hostel is open all day and night . the building is little bit old but it's clean ....

This hostel is obviously perfect , the staff are friendly, helpful, they want to help us for every thing,The rooms are cleaned daily, spacious, air conditioned, , free wireless internet in the reception with somes computers also connected to the internet, with a TV ( every body from different countries stay at night to discuss and explore the differents backgrounds...

The Aussie hostel is located in the heart of city with most of the key monuments and metro stations in the walking distance. Cheap on pocket and good Egyptian breakfast on offer! The hostel offers tours to all key locations at a reasonable cost. Overall recommended!

We stayed here for two stays of a few nights in 2015. Both of the rooms were clean and comfortable, although the main side of the building was a bit nicer and more spacious than the northern side, and also quieter (although expect your 4:30 call to prayer wakeup, like everywhere in Cairo). AC was fantastic, beds a bit firm...

I stayed here for 3 nights in a 3 bedroom dorm. Great helpful friendly staff, they organised pick up for a tour of 3 tourist locations. Bedrooms and bathroom were vlean and well maintained. Would definitely stay again next time im in Cairo. Thanks.
