Recommended only for solos to go there if u have anything to do in the nearby area (Kasr eleiny street and Mounira district), Not recommended for families or foreigners at all Price of room is convinient but the bathroom and the air conditioning were terrible and the staff werenot helpful!

Very dirty stupid staff very bad rooms i donnot if this is a hotel!! Ni ratiing even one star is very big fir thus kind of hotels really i cannot imagin if the owner of this hotrl is a human being like us

I am always suspicious when I read so many bad comments about an hotel. So I decided to check by myself. I was not disappointed... I stayed in this hotel before it was ok but i came back in january 2016 and there is a new managment in the hotel and they really make a diffrence than before i was really surprised the staff is new and manager is new even the restaurant was always closed now its open and staff in uniform and service... Mo'men (manager) and the staff (Ahmed and Magdy) called me crazy and told me they will put me prison and hang me because I asked for a refund after I saw the FILTHY, DIRTY ROOMS. We had a reservation at booking.com. When i made a reservation fore the check in at 09:00 i get a convermation. But when we arrived we had to wait 2 ouhrs. Me and my partner had to trow up. A good hotel that needs some improvement . A beatiful hotel in the past but not now. Now it is very old and almost every thing needs to be fixed . Otherwise great location , cheap. Few staff. As I said it need much care to be nice.
