The rooms were clean, very comfortable and the staff was amazing. They wet I’ve and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown. You will witness the fresh and evening music of boats riding in river Nile with mesmerising river view..
One of our best places that we visit for sure We will recommend this hotel to our friends and family the hotel has an amazing nile view and a wonderful city view with the cairo tower and opera house also we got our dinner at one of the best restaurants ever at the hotel rooftop. Thanks for the staff starting with a talented guest relation also reception team and the helpful house keeping team.
One of the most beautiful hotels in the city center. I was very happy to stay in the hotel. The room was upgraded from the city to the Nile thanks to Ms. Mirna from the public relations department in the hotel. As soon as I get to Egypt, I will decide to visit. Thank you, Novotel El Borg Hotel
The hotel located in the center of Cairo and everything around you and the view is awesome directly to Nile room spaces was great and very clean newly renovated also F&B was excellent the staff are really friendly and service oriented the rooftop lounge was my favorite place during my stay they have band and shiaha and food was amazing. I highly recommend you to vstay in the hotel .

I advise everyone whoes going to cairo choose novotel cairo al burj one of the best hotels, good service good Staff very close to downtown.
The hotel is decent with cozy rooms and a decent breakfast. The hotel Wi-Fi is very slow and not dependable. There is nothing much to do in the hotel so if the idea is for an overnight stay with a breakfast then go for it. The town Centre is at a 10 minute walk. Overall rating is not value for money because the charges are quite high compared to the facilities.
Perfect hotel with best services from all department room service, reception and housekeeping i stayed here from 16 fen to 22feb The view from our room beautiful with best cleaning room Highly recommended hotel i will come back again very soon
Everything was good, but one thing spoiled it all. Consider you have no wifi in this hotel and the personnel is not responsive to the claims (including the written ones) about it. :( The wifi at the reception was more or less ok but to download or send am email in the room you'll have to wait for ten minutes if you're lucky. I asked three times to fix it,each time it was promised but undone. I wrote an email to the manager and it was left with no response.
We had awesome hotels right throughout Egypt. However this one was a real shocker. Despite having three rooms booked (& paid for in advance); they insisted we had only a booking with a sofa lounge. They ‘made up’ the sofa lounge for my kids, despite my son & daughter being too old to share a tiny sofa bed. We challenged the checkin staff several times, & only when we got out guide involved did they admit we were supposed to have other rooms. They then mixed 5e rooms up, meaning we were not together. It was a nightmare running up the hallway to share luggage, toothpaste etc, despite us paying more for connected family rooms. Amenities were very basic, & staff were disinterested. The internet, well didn’t really exist. The gym was closed with broken equipment, & the road noise was awful. Despite being on a no smoking floor, all the linen smelled like an ashtray, & clearly people had been smoking in the rooms. The food at the roof top bar was pretty good however. There are much better options this hotel in my view.…
excellent location ...friendly staff with above average cleanliness and appearance....i guess i was there at the wrong time since they had road construction and hotel front renovations..the access to the hotel through the main street was horrible for a few days ..the breakfast was ok but remember they use the multi task staff to the maximum so the guy/girl who is cleaning your table at the restaurant is the bartender next door ..housekeepers were more than friendly and the rooms with a nile view were amazing .
