The hotel staff are friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel lo atipn is great and has easy access to every where. The museum is a 15 minute walk from the hotel as well as tahrir Square which is really great. The room was overlooking the nile in a high floor. The food was delicious. We really recommend it.

My husband and I stayed four days at the Kempinski Nile Cairo Hotel during our three week tour of Egypt and we were not disappointed. The hotel is located in central Cairo within walking distance of the Cairo Museum and other major sites. The initial reception was efficient with no issues. Our room exceeded expectations; clean, very quiet, with balconies and black out curtains. Three bottles of water everyday and spotless housekeeping. Two lovely restaurants ( we tried both) with gracious service. Beautiful pool overlooking Cairo. However, what we enjoyed most about the Kempinski was that it was more of a boutique hotel and we did not feel lost in the crowd. A beautiful experience.

This was really the most amazing vacation. The hotel is comfy and cozy. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious, the view was amazing over looking the nile, and the room was clean and neat. The breakfast buffet was very delicious. Wel will come back for sure

A magnificent time was spent with my family at this superb place i will certainly recommend the Hotel to all of my friends, and family. I'd like to mention all the perfect traits in the place such as the breakfast bufet, the roof top view wow it was an amazing scene over there, coffee capsules machine, and the staff all around the Hotel concierge, reception, and the housekeeping. Cairo is really one of the most wonderful countries that we visit during our trip. The pyramids are really amazing in reality not as you see them in pictures. The Souq khan el khalili is wonderful and has all kinds of souvenir. The hotel is really quite and comfy. The staff are amazing. The location is really great and has access to everywhere. Really recommend the hotel and Egypt it self.

I would really like to thank the staff for there assistance and warm welcoming. The check in and check out we're very smoothly. The food is amazing specially the Iftar. The room had a breathtaking view over looking the Nile as well as the pool. It's really recommend.

We stayed 9 days at Kempinski Cairo for my 70th Birthday treat and had booked all sightseeing tours with their Head Concierge Mr Wael. All went well until the last tour was badly truncated (a whole day cut to a half day) by the Concierge appointed guide & driver - missing out important major 'once in a lifetime' sights. On return, the duty concierge offered us an 80% refund (whole day to half refund plus proper compensation for missed sights) which we accepted. Then later on the Head Concierge, in front of many other hotel guests, refused to honour that offer; offering us just 30% refund with no apology or compensation whatsover!! Subsequently the hotel manager Mr Ruiz supported the head concierge and made the derisory offer of a room upgrade next time - knowing full well that at our age we were unlikely to be able to return to Cairo again!! Note: We had previously left a 5* Very Good Trip Adviser Review. But have now had to delete it as it is such a pity that the Hotel Manager / Head Concierge chose to spoil the Kempinski reputation and the wonderful efforts of the other reception, housekeeping and restaurant staff and managers; and to leave us with hurt memories. Think carefully before booking Kempinski Cairo; if you don't want to be treated in this way. …
