I wasn’t satisfied with the quality of service and the room was not clean enough. I called the room services to clean the room which cleaned till 9 pm, too much busy and only two receptionist were serving the guests.
The hotel is perfect. Nothing went wrong. The room was spacious with amazing nile view. Everything was clean. The beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was varried that you will find anything you need. It is worth every pound paid. I really enjoyed my visit
Great accommodation, friendly staff, professional management 👌,really amazing experience, should be 5 stars it deserves more and more, all what you need is there, also helped me alot as i am handicapped 🙂
Wifi was very slow most of the time no connection at all, staffs at the buffet were not friendly nor accommodating… not all of them, but most of them are rude. I do not recommend especially to tourists.
The hotel is very wonderful and has a privileged location on the Nile. My experience was good at first. And the first impression is that I will spend a very good time, but what happened was that the matter was spoiled, because of a person in the concierge department named Muhammad - he is a very bad person, and I made trips at exaggerated prices, and large sums were paid in the pyramids and the Nile cruise, and I paid a very large amount - and therefore Beware everyone from dealing with this person - a complaint was made to the manager at the hotel. I hope this opinion is considered
An amazing One of the time experience with everything just Perfect around u - if you're looking forward to spend an unforgettable Evening with amazingly friendly Staff / Service and an equisite Meals while listening to a Wonderful Jazz Band not to mention the breath taking Sky View of the Nile and Cairo - Just a Perfect Night to Share with ur Loved Ones
We spent one night in this dated hotel at the end of our Egypt trip. It is not a five star hotel, it would be lucky to be a three star at this point. It is in desperate need of a renovation. We arrived after a few days in Hurghada, and our guide checked us in. We went up to our room, and realized we had been given a smoking room. We immediately called down to reception, and had to wait about 20 minutes to switch rooms. The new room still had a smoke smell, but it was much more tolerable. We went down to dine in the food court, and did not realize the hotel does not serve alcohol. We later found out the hotel was previously a Hyatt, but was sold 12 years ago. Our guide said it hasn’t been renovated since then, and it shows. We stayed at the new Grand Hyatt in west Cairo at the beginning of our trip, and the Le Meridian before leaving, and would highly recommend both. Stay away from this hotel, the only redeeming quality was the breakfast which we enjoyed.…
The Grand Nile Tower was a great place to stay in Cairo. Their security protocol is sound, yet they are very courteous to all. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The views of the west bank and the river (and even off to the pyramids from some rooms) cannot be beaten. The included breakfast offers all that anyone could desire with the dining rooms overlooking the NIle.
The hotel faces the Nile River, which gives it a privileged location, as its rooms overlook the Nile directly. The room was spacious and includes a small balcony where you can sit in the evening to watch the sunset and its reflection on the waters of the Nile. The room needs some updates, especially with regard to the carpets that need to be changed. The mattress in general is comfortable, I would have preferred it not to be too soft. The breakfast is wonderfully varied, the juices are natural, and it contains a variety that mostly satisfies all tastes. In addition to the spa, which also includes a jacuzzi, sauna and steam room, the hotel has a small shopping center, pharmacy and a cinema. The service in the hotel is great, and the staff in all their work locations are friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist Demiana, with her charming smile and distinguished cooperation, thank you Demiana, and thank you Grand Nile Tower Hotel. …
