Many thanks to Miss Engy from the guest relations desk, she is very professional, helpful, cooperative and very polite. This is a very good hotel, about 10 minutes from the airport — convenient for late night or early morning flights. Location adjacent — directly from hotel — to the City Stars Mall is a big plus, with easy access to restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, and other stores. Not too far from the Citadel, but quite some distance from the pyramids at Giza. The room was large, comfortable and updated. Not much big a view here, since it is located in your typical commercial/residential area. Good breakfast, particularly nice to eat on the terrace overlooking the pool. Hotel arranged airport transfer for us, which worked well and was reasonably priced (for the “ordinary” car, not Mercedes option). Note that their driver meets you outside the terminal, not inside like many tour groups. Staff at reception, concierge and business center was friendly and efficient. Attentive breakfast restaurant staff. Good business center where we were able to book our “skip the line” tickets for various sights in Egypt.…

While we didn't have much time (4:30 PM to 2:30AM) at this property, our stay was very good to excellent. Our only difficulty was in finding our what switch controlled which lights in our room. The room itself was wonderful. Our group had a farewell dinner in the hotel's outdoor restaurant, and the service, the atmosphere, the food and the entire experience was 5+ stars. The staff went out of their way to make our experience superb. Thank you everyone at the hotel for a wonderful, albeit short experience.
