Ok for low price clean but swimming pool is not working with no care and also there is no parking but the people there were very helpful and doing their best to help you and tried as much as they can to overcome these obstacles

My stay at Santana was pleasant. I had the Deluxe Double room and found the extra bed to be quite nice; it became like my living room/sofa, or well that is what I used it for. The room is nice and isn't too old (the same goes for the bathroom). I brought my own blanket. Did I mention there is...

We stayed here 5 nights as part of a G-Adventures tour. Our room was comfortable, attractive and up to date. It was the only hotel on our tour that cleaned and made up your room every day. The air conditioner worked great. So did the refrigerator. The bathroom was nice. The beds were comfortable. We had a little balcony. The...

Stayed here for 2 nights before a tour. Did not like it one bit. First thing is alot people including myself had a hard time finding it via taxi my driver spend a good 30 minutes driving around looking for it so it pays to have a google maps printed out to show the taxi driver. Lobby looks old. Rooms...

As others have noted, the hotel is past its prime. The rooms look out of the 1970s, AC works but not all that well. Bathrooms have a strange smell to them. Lobby entrance is nice. Staff is very friendly (some of them). Wi-Fi works OK, but not fast and you have to pay for it. (Grab a tasty smoothie across...

Clean hotel room, loud AC. Average staff, breakfeast could have been better. We reccomend ordering a airport pickup, the taxis do not have meters and it took our driver about an extra half an hour finding the hotel. Nice restaurant across the street and supermarket and ATM near by.

This hotel has seen it's glory days. Dated, tired, old located on a fairly quiet street, a little out of the way. Staff are somewhat helpful if there isn't a football game on TV. Breakfast was supposed to start at seven, but no one around. Coffee appeared later, and milk for the coffee somewhat after. Selection was poor. You can...

This hotel felt very basic. The rooms were just about adequate with noisy air con. The room was clean and the breakfast was alright, nothing exciting. The desk staff could have been friendlier at times. The location is quiet but a little out of the way. Overall, it was fine for one or two nights.

I stayed here for 3 days for a work event. The hotel is clean and basic. It's in a better part of Cairo and close to the Nile. Don't expect great views. There is nothing much to see around. The hotel has a decent restaurant but the cafe across the street has good food and drinks (non alcoholic). There are...

Stayed at hotel Santana twice as part of a tour. This hotel does not have free wifi and charges 15 EGP per hour - paid and does not work - got money back. Comes with free buffet breakfast which include a number of different options. Front desk staff cannot speak English and appear to not understand what customer service is....
